The employees are ridiculous. It basically comes down to pure laziness. We generally come by here every Saturday morning around 11:30. The last 2 months we’ve come they are always out of cookies (which is what we get with our meal) and today (again) they had ZERO. Last week they had 2 and they were so burned they were like bricks. They claim they ran out and need to make more, but considering it’s the same excuse every Saturday it’s pretty clear it’s not that their running out just hours after opening, their just simply not making them. You don’t make a pan of chocolate chip, a pan of double chocolate chip, and pan of oatmeal raisin, etc and sell completely out within hours. If you you see your running low you make more, not just say “oops sorry we’re out” week after week.
Also, they do not greet you, and one girl won’t even ask what you want on your sandwich, she makes an effort to actually not say ANYTHING to you and rather just looks at you with a blank expression until you finally just have to tell her what you want. Today two of the female employees were sitting out on the sidewalk smoking while their was a line of people to the door.......instead of making cookies that they were out of (with not any in the oven either).
Tennage employees who could clearly careless if you eat their or not. We won’t be back anytime soon, maybe then they’ll have a new staff and their act together. We go to about 4 different subaways regularly and this one is the only one that the employees have a care-less attitude and is the ONLY one we’ve ever been to that’s out EVERY SINGLE cookie they offer.

Read moreI placed an online order and when I showed up to pick up my order they had only made a 6in rather than the footlong I ordered so I let them know and the guy that was working around noon 7/21/25 started to make me another 6in however I did not know how long the order had been sitting there and didn't want a half cold sub so I requested to have the full footlong remade so that it is fresh and I guess that was a heinous request to make with the reaction that I got, he begrudgingly started on my remake but made sure to slam down the pan and anything he used to show me how hurt his feelings were that I asked him to do his literal job and the entire time was whispering to his coworker about being pissed that he had to remake my singular sandwich that HE SCREWED UP IN THE FIRST PLACE like really? To top it off when I was finally given my remake the girl that handed it to me said "well the first 6in was only out for a couple of minutes but okay" If you don't even have the most basic customer service skills or if just doing your damn job is too much maybe don't work in a customer service environment? I don't know if either of them were management because they definitely didn't act like it but the actual managers don't take complaints seriously either so the best I can do is to recommend avoiding this place unless you like it when the employees are whiny and rude but on the bright side even the simplest question or request comes with a...

Very disappointed that I didn’t receive a normal portion of protein compared to in store orders. I ate half my sub and didn’t notice a whole lot of protein and assumed it was pushed to the other side unfortunately when I opened the other half 1/3 didn’t have meat and the other 2/3 had a thin layer of protein. I was a little confused as I believed this wasn’t a normal portion so I watched them build multiple sandwiches with 2-3X more protein, the lady saw me watching and asked “Can I help you” and I replied “my other half really doesn’t have meat” and then ignored me and continued building sandwiches, creating a very awkward situation. So a little confused I sit and wait and when I watched the line slow down I asked and showed the cashier my order and asked half heartedly “is this the normal portion because I might need to start ordering the PRO” and he responded “The meat was probably pushed to the other side” and then walked away creating an even more awkward situation. I ended up just leaving but I’m not satisfied with how they handled it and the unwillingness to make things right.
