Moe's Southwest Grill — Restaurant in Chelmsford

Omg what a horrible bowl it was so disappointing. I've gone before the pandemic and the food was decent my only complaint was a heavier man working the counter idk his name was as miserable as they come insanely rude other than that no real complaints. Since the pandemic I've gone a few times the portions weren't great but ok enough. The chips were stale everytime but since they were a free side item I would try them and throw them away wishing the would send an employee undercover to chili's to learn how to make chips or maybe and least make them daily and add salt? So today I get home and open the bag and see these two bowls and almost fainted. It looks like they measured the meat with a thimble and placed 3 shreds of lettuce and 2 tablespoons of the fake cheese dennys uses(it doesn't even melt or connect) over a bed of yesterdays dried flavorless rice. The rice is definitely not fresh it tastes like rice reheated from yesterday and its supposed to be cilantro rice all I found in it was a mushy leaf maybe a bay leaf and the rice was so old it became mushy like spinach. The ground beef was also old and dry usually its liquidy and flavorful maybe it was heated too many days in a row. Its was a sad flavorless mess I'm sure the residents in the nursing home and prisoners in the prisons would turn down this "food" for whatever is on on their menu which I'm sure tastes a lot better. Maybe the angry man made the food I didn't go inside and see the workers my passenger did. It seems things have gone way downhill since the pandemic the standards have slipped without the customers in there viewing everything I'm guessing a lot of older food is being used or I think in my case they pulled someone's bowls from last week out of the dumpster and threw them in a bag with some sandpaper chips and called it a day. update contacted corporate twice heard nothing back… called the store requesting a refund was told I can get $10 In rewards the next time I go back and they don’t issue refunds.

Wish I could give zero stars ever since this store has changed owners has been nothing but issues. Food quality is gross. Customer service sucks… went in today 3/2 to redeem my points was charged for the $10 points on top of them taking the points. Spent $25 for two things so I would have had to pay out of pocket $15 I asked the manager I believe if I was charged correctly as I already paid the $15 he was saying I had a balance of $10 I told him I was using my points and asked if the points were taken off he said yes then I asked again as he told me I needed to pay the $10 I paid the $10 confronted him that I paid my whole total and asked where the $10 worth of points went… he proceeded to laugh in my face as I told him he charged me wrong. didn’t offer a refund nothing just stood there and laughed needless to say now I have to get in contact with corporate to get a refund for him charging me wrong. If I could give a Negative 5 star I would! These people are Rude, self serving, and are not helpful at all. The store says they close on the sign at 9 pm. We confirmed with them that they close at 9 pm. When we sat down to eat at 8:35 PM, they told us we had to leave. We asked why? We walked in at 8:30 to order the food and confirmed closing time was at 9. When we sat at the table, they said we had to leave because they had to start cleaning the dining room room before 9 pm…So they kicked us out! We had nowhere to go to eat our food that we just spent $56 on! We asked the manager, and he said we had to go! So we ended up eating in the car! All 4 of us! In the middle of January!! They suck!!

When we finished our meal in the car, we drove by at 9:05 and they were still cleaning the dining room so we easily could’ve eaten there at 8:35 and been out by 8:45 PM. The bathroom and soda fountain were disgusting! Maybe that what they had to spend all their time cleaning! Also the food prep area was also unkept and Dirty!
