I had the Pollo Chuco, which was fantastic, they put the dressings on the side for me rather than stacking. I think they did this in case I didn’t like them but it didn’t look as cool as it would have if they had just stacked it. It was tasty!
Fried chicken, Bananas sliced and fried, coleslaw chimol, and two dressings.
I also had the super baleada. I enjoyed the egg and the beans and the beef and the avocado (though that was hard), but either the cheese or the cream cheese or one of the spices I didn’t like. It wasn’t awful, I just wouldn’t get it again.
So glad this place exists!!! I have never tried Honduran food before :-)
