Delicious food...although my favorite the buffalo chicken fingers used to be so saucy, and well prepared and now they use a different type of chicken finger and it's not as great. If it ain't broke don't fix it. I'm a constant delivery order customer. But I had to pass on the buff fingers, they just aren't the same anymore. Not sure if it's under new management but they need to get the old chicken finger supplier without all of that crumbly batter on it. The sauce doesn't coat it well and it's dry now.

Hey y’all, this is my normal go to place however, tonight I am extremely disappointed in them. I ordered a chicken and broccoli and garlic and oil and I was looking to have that Michael G’s flavor throughout the garlic in the oil with the pasta and chicken That amazing flavor and it was trash with a T. I was starving so yeah your girl did eat it. However, literally, the oil was not seasoned. It was void of garlic flavor. The pasta was not season at all the broccoli tasted like it was flash frozen flash boiled and just thrown in there. The only thing I will say is that for chicken was the only thing seasoned so I can’t even come at them for that was the most enjoyable part of the whole meal and again I didn’t eat all of it and left some oil and pasta now because I was very very hungry. Prattville is my go to place and they have disappointing me in the past, but I would have to say after eating it for five years. This was the absolute worst. Worst worst worst worst experience ever please Prattville if you see this review, please season your pasta please add salt garlic powder, Italian seasoning, something why am I spending $16 on a plate of pasta that’s unseasoned the broccoli it taste like freezer burned why not take pride in your food. I love cooking. I was just tired tonight but why am I adding salt and garlic powder of my own to make it taste edible unacceptable. Come on guys for real for real real. I'm happy to add some photos, because I couldn't find any good pictures on the net! I ordered the House Specialty Pizza (except for the sausage. I cut that). It was DELICIOUS. It was delivered within 35 minutes, like they told me on the phone. I asked for a side of Parmesan cheese, and they brought it. Often the pizza places forget to bring the parm when I request it. I also ask that they bring me some aluminum foil to wrap up the leftovers in, because I travel. And they brought it. Sometimes places forget that too. So I was very happy. I really like the crust too. I ordered the small, and it will make two meals for me. Obviously! I looked up the menu on Google before I made my order. On that menu it said that the small House Special Pizza was 9.95, and when I got it it was 13.95. So I guess the search I found online was an old price? But I didn't complain. I just paid, tipped the guy, and was happy. They have a $3...

DISAPPOINTED. We usually order from here every other Friday. This time I ordered back to back Fridays. Last Friday we ordered two large pizzas: a large Alfredo Sauce Pizza with black olives, spinach and feta and A Large regular with bacon and pepperoni. As always they were good and we had no complaints. This Friday I ordered a large regular bacon and pepperoni, it took over an hour to be delivered and even through I was charged and paid for a large THEY SENT ME A SMALL, I don’t blame the delivery man so I give him his tip ask him to take a photo of the two different box sizes large vs small and tell him I’ll call the shop. I called and was told I received a new large and all large pizza’s would come in this smaller box and only have 8 slices. I deleted Prattville Pizza’s # from my phone and am now writing this farewell review....
