I normally don’t do this, but I feel I need to report an issue. So, I’ve been going to this dunkin for years and received quality service. As of late there has been a dramatic DROP in the level of customer service here at this location. I’m not sure if I offended someone there at the establishment, but I’ve been treated poorly for the past few visits. Starting with ordering and having to wait for whatever odd reason as I see others who have ordered after me receive their orders. I understand if I order a large order it will take a min. But a coffee shouldn’t take longer than others who have order after me. As well as my order going from a great tasting coffee that I enjoyed to start my day. To having to doctor it up myself (which ok no one is perfect) to the lever of respect when I person says thank you. The least you can do is say “you’re welcome” it’s one particular woman there. Extremely rude. I don’t think I will be visiting this location any more. If you don’t want to be treated like I was I don’t think you should visit this location either. There are other Dunkins in the immediate area that will give you way better / quality service that you would expect when visiting a business. Read moreBy far the worst Dunkin experience! Been a Dunkin customer for years now but never experience staff with nasty attitude until my recent visit in this store. I ordered using the app for drive thru pick up. I drove up and lady on the speaker told me to pull up to the window. I’m literally the only customer that night. As I pulled up to the window, this old Indian dude started to yelled at me saying that I have to order atleast 5-10 mins ahead before picking up! I asked him to calm down and said my sorry and I offered to just park and come back once my order is ready. Mind you, I was the only customer that night! He started to yell at me saying ”what if there’s car behind me” that it will be an inconvenience for them. He sounded very upset and mad. The other lady Indian staff also started to same the same thing. They could just told me in the first place that my order is not ready and i’d get it! I’m not hurrying them up.
