This Friday. The 11th of May , 2018, I received services from the salon. I had gotten an ombré refill and white gel polish change. The very next hour I noticed very small cracks on my nails- 2 to be exact. By Saturday- May 12th, one of the nails completely broke! So, After leaving my sisters baby shower, I return back to the nail salon. To my surprise, the nail tech took no responsibility for the poor nail job she did. She blamed it on the person who did my nails before. Okay, I was calm about it and politely said okay, can you fix for me? She said yes, but it’s not my fault. She repaired the nails free of charge ( as she should have)- her poor nail job! Today- May 14th, what a surprise. The same nails broke. Now I’m here, in the process of getting another repair, with one nail having to be redone as ombré. The lady DID NOT know how to create an ombré nail! I told her , if you did not know how to do the ombré nails , you should have just said you did not know how to do so, and I could have went to another nail salon that knows how to! Why take my $50.00 , and act as if you know how to do my nails the way I like them????? Lastly, she tells me I have to pay for my nails !! 😳😩. Okay, no problem lady, you will never see me again!! You been warned!!!! From what I’ve seen the last 3 visits here is them doing ONLY the dipped powder technique...From observation, they don’t know how to do them that good!!! Never again!! FYI- I have never did a review in my LIFE on google. So, you know the service I was given was very poor!!! (Update: Thats a LIE! My nails were farely new! No more than a month of a new ombre set! How do you know what Kim told me or what my nails look like? You wasnt there!!! If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I never write reviews but what happened today was the worst experience I've ever had and was extremely unprofessional. I had an older lady do my nails, I asked for medium white acrylic square nails but straight looked like a joke my cuticle was a disaster and I was getting hurt by the lady and was bleeding, the paint job was extremely lumpy and disgusting I asked the owner of the salon (kim) If I could get my nails redone because clearly they looked awful she said ok, then proceeded to make me wait for TWO HOURS after closing and when she finally got to me she said " I thought you only wanted me to file them down." When she knew that's not what I said, she then goes on to say how she needs to go home, but she didn't consider how I didn't need to go home? She proceeded to then not even remove the acrylics and just file them down and slap longer ones on top, and again do a horrible job. I have had my fair share of not getting exactly what I ask for but this was just a disgrace, this is not how you run a business....

Lately I’ve been hesitant about getting my toenails done because other salons in the area have messed up but today!!!! KIM DID HER THING!!! I am super happy I gave this nail salon a chance to do my nails. Clean, friendly, respectful and professional. Nothing else makes me happier than leaving a salon with cute nails and receiving good services. The moment I walked into the store, Kim gave me good vibes. I highly recommend and I will definitely be coming back. Thank you blissful nails for making up for the bad nail experiences! One great person can truly make a difference on your opinion.
