Rude and Lazy staff. My family and I recently dined there and was terrible. Upon arriving we requested not to eat outside, so they seated us next to a large open window. We asked repeatedly to close the window and they refused to fully close it. We then ordered one of there "starters", and our meal. After waiting for approximately 20 minutes our server Anissa brings out. The "starter" and our meals. Confused I asked aren't starters supposed to come out before the meal? At which time Anissa responds "They take 9 minutes to make." I chose not to respond as to not incur another rude comment. The Food was unsatisfactory. Everyone asked for a fries upgrade and wasnt able to enjoy them for the fact that they were not cooked fully. The portion for 2 of the sandwiches was minuscule at best. Upon receiving the bill the waitress sarcastically "thank you and enjoy your day." At no point did any of the many ladies working there decide to clean the table next to ours and left the table unkempt. The hostess who seated us touched and played with her hair the entire time. I do not recommend this facility to anyone. Hopefully the Owner/Manager will train their staff on courtesy and cleanliness to remain in business in the future
