Rude and Lazy staff. My family and I recently dined there and was terrible. Upon arriving we requested not to eat outside, so they seated us next to a large open window. We asked repeatedly to close the window and they refused to fully close it. We then ordered one of there "starters", and our meal. After waiting for approximately 20 minutes our server Anissa brings out. The "starter" and our meals. Confused I asked aren't starters supposed to come out before the meal? At which time Anissa responds "They take 9 minutes to make." I chose not to respond as to not incur another rude comment. The Food was unsatisfactory. Everyone asked for a fries upgrade and wasnt able to enjoy them for the fact that they were not cooked fully. The portion for 2 of the sandwiches was minuscule at best. Upon receiving the bill the waitress sarcastically "thank you and enjoy your day." At no point did any of the many ladies working there decide to clean the table next to ours and left the table unkempt. The hostess who seated us touched and played with her hair the entire time. I do not recommend this facility to anyone. Hopefully the Owner/Manager will train their staff on courtesy and cleanliness to remain in business...

Not going to lie I left this place feeling really sad and upset. This was not our first time at this location but it was our first time at the bar. My partner and I came here just for a vibe. To get out the house, without huge expectations. When we first came in the security guard was pleasant and informed us that there was a live ban and that there was a cover charge. No big deal to us, cool, more entertainment. So we sat at the bar and that’s when things went downhill. We were ignored for at least 30 minutes while the bartenders serviced literally everyone around us. Finally the bartender came over and we were able to get a menu. No lie after that we waited another 30 minutes before she decided to come back over. Both bartenders spent most of their time over at the end of the bar close to the kitchen flirting with a group of men. Regulars or big tippers I guess. So when she finally came back over, we decided to put in our order for everything. Honestly, who knows when we would see her again. She makes our drinks and brings them over. Absolutely horrible! My drink was literally a mocktail. After several attempts to get their attention we just decided to leave. 0 out of 10. Would honestly...

People of color do not belong here. Waitresses have a problem serving our kind. I tried to take it as she was having a bad day but as we watched how she was attentive and pleasant to her other tables, we realized she simply did not want to serve us. When my husband asked for water, she rolled her eyes and said "yeah ok" then rushed off. Our food was plopped on the table, she quickly rushed over to the next table. We didn't have any utensils to eat our good, no plates to share appetizers either. When I tried to get her attention, she quickly turned her back to our table and ignored us. I watched how nice she was to her other table then watched her run to the White couple with utensils and cups of water as soon as they were seated. Her entire behaviour showed us she simply did not want to serve us. I finally asked for the manager. Spoke to Erin, she was awesome, but we felt so unwelcome and uncomfortable we left. Don't patronize a business that allows their waitress to treat paying customers this way. We have great careers, respectful, and tip high. Never experienced anything like this before.
