Santucci's Original Square Pizza - Cherry Hill — Restaurant in Cherry Hill Township

We had a surprise 13th Birthday party at the Cherry Hill location and could not believe how accommodating the owner was with our requests. We booked their entire even room and the arranged the tables to allow comfortable seating and spacious atmosphere. The pizza was delicious, we had pepperoni, plain and sausage and all were great! Although I can’t speak from personal experience, many of our guest raved about the garlic Parmesan wings, and mild wings that we had as an option. I tried a piece of the Italian hoagie from our sandwich tray and he was one of the best I’ve had in this area. The wait staff tending to our party were on the ball, attentive and very polite. The entire process from booking the room, to ordering the food, to the actual day of event was almost too easy and not stressful at all, thanks to Steve and his team! I would definitely check this location out if you are hosting a low key event (up to 35 people) and want it to be as easy as possible! Went here after my hike at black run reserve. My gf said I had to try the pizza. We came on a late Sunday afternoon or early evening and there were no loose slices available. I ordered a small size that comes in four pieces, half pepperoni half plain for my pescatarian gf. When I saw it, to me it didn’t look like much. The sauce was inverted, placing the cheese and toppings on the bottom layer while the sauce was on top. I grabbed the slice, it was still and did not offer flex. I bit into to and it was the perfect combination of crisp and savory pizza. The sauce is needed to keep the balance. I think without it the pizza might be too crispy. Definitely worth the experience.

The place was nice modern and initially looked small from the outside but they offer a lot of dinning real estate. They also have tables outside. We brought our dog with us. No pizza for Robert though, he is on a diet.

The quality is definitely there in the food, albeit at a pretty premium price. But just like every new restaurant, their service and efficiency need work. Picking up our order was really frustrating because of the long line in the restaurant and there being only two girls at the register who were both overworked, going back and forth from the register to the kitchen the whole time. One of the girls gave me my order and completely forgot the pie itself. On top of that they gave us the wrong flavor of wings. However, someone at the restaurant was gracious enough to send us more orders of wings for free and with no delivery fee. To be fair, I can’t give a completely fair review because our experience came on the day of Super Bowl, probably the busiest day for the food industry in America especially since the eagles were playing.
