Honestly, I would have given the place 0 stars if there was an option. I've been going here for quite sometime now because of its affordability and good food choices. The service can be okay but not so okay, sometimes, cause they tend to mess up on your order if you want to make changes to the things that are listed in their menu. But the main reason I give this place a zero, not 1 star but 0 stars, is because of lack of customer support and customer service. One day, about a month ago, I had placed an online order with them and received one email stating my order was being processsed. I received my food and had left home. That same night I was also looking thru my bank account to see if I had enough funds left to pay for my bills. I looked and was shocked to see that they had charged me twice for the same transaction. I even checked my emails to see if I had possibly ordered the same thing twice, there was only one email showing the $26 charge for 1 order. The next day I decided to go back to the taco bell store that I had picked up my order from to get a refund. I talked to one of the employees there and she just gave me a look before going back to talk to her manager about the issue. She came back stating that her manager said that they can't refund me because it was an online transaction. That ticked me off a little. So, I asked what should I do then and the woman goes back again and asks her manager. She comes back, the woman, saying that the manager told her to tell me to contact the main taco bell. This time I was aggravated and angry because 1) the manager wasn't coming up to the front to talk to me personally and 2) they were being very unprofessional about the whole situation. So I asked the girl who I should contact and she was lost with what to say. I left their being extremely pissed off and tried checking taco bells original website for contact information. There was nothing besides for an area where you can send an email for assistance or inquiries. I messaged them and have not heard back since then, which was over a month ago. I had to do an appeal for the transaction with my bank because of their lack of customer support/service. Also, for individuals who are like taco bells is cheap and I shouldn't create a huge commotion, I had bought food that costed $26 that day (for me and my family). So, they charged me a total of $52 for a transaction that was $26. I'm still really disappointed about this. And now that I look back at my bank statement, where they charged me twice, there was the store number and the phone number of the store where I had ordered online on the transaction name area in the statement, so I don't understand how they couldn't have refunded me...
Read moreFirstly, the line for the driveway was all the way out to the highway entrance so I went inside with a simple, small order. I ended up waiting 38 minutes for my food. The manager cowered in the back and did not appear to be doing anything about the rush they were experiencing. The employees kept walking away from the food line and it was pure chaos with no plan for a dinner rush. The manager came up front one time to use the register and I informed him "Ive been waiting for a half hour for a few tacos!" and his response was, in a dull, couldnt-care-less voice, "We are busy and we have alot of orders." No apology or "sorry about that"...and as if I couldn't see that they were busy! They gave the drive thru priority and made the entire dining room full of people waited a ridiculous amount of time. All of the customers inside were grumbling about the wait. The cars that were in the drive thru when I arrived quickly came and went. Also, I went back a few days later at the beginning of dinner time and stated I wanted hard tacos with only cheese, and they came with no cheese and lettuce instead. I had to drive all the way back around the drive thru and literally 10 minutes passed and the girl at the window said they couldn't fix my order because they just ran out of beef. Thats their main staple food there - how do they run out so early in the evening??? I ended up getting a refund but it still hasn't shown on my bank statement. I will NEVER go back to this poorly mismanaged Taco Bell again. Taco Bell, get rid of that manager! He does NOT work well under pressure and has no handle on the employees...

From the second I arrived at the drive thru, I was greeted by one of the friendliest and most pleasant associates at any Taco Bell I've ever been to- she ensured my order was correct with my special requests seeming to take top priority. As I pulled up to the window, I was greeted with a warm smile and a kind atmosphere - she and the whole staff seemed to have such good vibes and energy!! Everyone was smiling and seemed like they were having a good time, which is oddly important to me. I feel like food tastes better when the employees who are tasked to make it are visibly happy. (Just an observation over the years at all types of eateries.) I complimented them on their speed, kindness, and great vibes! They were very happy to hear these words as they all began beaming from ear to ear!! I decided to eat it there in my car since this is probably a good 30 minutes from my house (I just happened to be in the area, and Google searched Taco Bell - so glad I did) and can I just say folks... MOST AMAZING TACO BELL TACO I'VE EVER HAD THE PRIVILEGE OF CONSUMING!!!! Every ingredient was fresh and plentiful!! Everything I asked for to be changed was done beautifully!!! They even made sure to put my favorite sauce - the avocado ranch sauce - on it, and that is something a lot of taco bell locations neglect to add when I order. Needless to say - I will be going back, and there is a literal taco bell 5 minutes from my house. So between the food and the associates at this location - I will certainly be back!! If only I could give...
