I ventured across the bridge to this location because it is the next closest to my home. The closest location is an express and does not have a full menu.
This location appeared to be quite busy. When I walked in, there were two people ahead of me and they were promptly served. When I got to the register I did have to wait a bit due to the team member not finalizing a transaction before a customer left.
I got a Pizza Box. The pizza from the first bite tasted like the sauce was old. When I got to my second piece, my stomach did not feel well. The breadsticks and cinnamon sticks tasted good and they were properly done aka not soggy and barely cooked. I personally like these item with a darker golden brown so they did a good job with those. I also got a marinara sauce that was half full (ended up not using it)
Team was friendly and provided fast service. It appeared that all team members were wearing masks but the plexiglass that was on the counter served no purpose. I did notice the use of sanitizer by one person. Great!
Overall, aside from the marinara sauce being a little off, I would still recommend this location. I would recommend that they check their dates on the products to ensure quality I might have just had a bad batch or something mixed in with...

The delivery driver brought my food to the wrong address a few months ago, and they refused to own up to their mistake saying that I put the wrong address. Seriously, how do I not know my address? I've been living there for two years. Plus the receipt clearly had the correct address. I ordered from there again last week and doordash delivered the food. They did not put a sticker over the pizza box to seal it. I ordered the pizza for my kids and did not feel comfortable with them eating it. I called a million times and nobody answered. It was raining crazy outside, and I had to wait for my husband to come home so I could drive to the store (my issue was not resolved ). I just ordered today for my mom and she called me a few minutes ago saying that they did not deliver the two 2 liters Pepsi I ordered. I called nobody answered. I am honestly fed up with this place, and today will be the last time I order there. The system they have in place is terrible, the only time you speak with someone is when you press 1 to place an order. When you press 3 to address an issue nobody ever answers. Read moreI'm with the guy under me. I wish I could a zero as well. After placing my incredibly simple order, I was told it was going to be 30 minutes. An HOUR AND A HALF later I decided to give them a call to see where my order was. 'Matt' explained that they only had on driver at the moment but they were on their way to my house. 40 minutes later the driver arrives at my house, taking at least 5 minutes to get to the actual door and when I did open the door not a word was said to me! Crazy! Upon looking at my order I relealized that these idiots gave me 6 wings instead of the frickin 16 ordered! I called to confront the issue and 'matt' again told me they could give me a $10 credit or send my right order back out but it'll be 'A LONG TIME' because of the driver. No consideration for the 2 hours that I had already waited, my cold food, or my wrong order. Wow such terrible service. These people have no idea what they're doing. Will never be ordering from...
