There were two staff members, one seemed very new and the other seemed bored and apathetic. The one who was new was trying their hardest to do their job. Our party got multiple smoothies and only one of them was what I call good. It seems like the staff does not know how to augment a smoothie so that it tastes good when the customer asked for specific ingredients. My 11-year-old can do better with whatever is in our fridge and our NutriBullet than these folks accomplished. My smoothie, which had tropical fruits had a peanut butter flavor. I'm not allergic or anything so I don't care and I actually do put peanut butter in some of my smoothies but it's not what I wanted. Chances are I will not go back again unless forced. Read morePlaced an order at 4:45, arrived at 5:00 and the store was locked with a holiday hours sign saying they closed at 5pm, nobody there, all lights off. I hoped to see that they cancelled my order in the app, but instead the app shows I picked up my order at 5:07?
Obviously i'm frustrated because not only does that make me believe staff was watching me come and go, but took my smoothie when they saw me leave, now I have to wait however long for support to reach back out to me.
Next time just cancel the order instead of making have to jump through these ridiculous hoops to get a refund...
