Starbucks — Restaurant in Cherry Hill Township

The staff were friendly enough. Great customer service should be applicable to all customers. I'll leave that there. I tried something new today white chocolate mocha And it was really good. I usually get the caramel macchiato which was also good. I didn't know they serve red velvet cake so I was really hyped about trying it. It is sooo good. I'm surprised more Starbucks stores are not carrying the red velvet cake. I love the rewards program they have but they need to work out a few kinks with it. Today was happy hour between the hours of 2:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. for reward members. Who doesn't love a free drink. I love that I am able to earn perks like free bakery items and free drinks. Don't believe these ratings. The best staff left. Unfortunately the drink tasted like hell (And for $8??). Yet I refrained from giving any negative comment about it, but instead just simply asked for splenda, sweetener to put in it, which reading between the lines, could have been seen as sort of a hint. Well, instead of giving me what I requested (Simple request) the manager told me they don't have time for that and started arguing with me. Very rude and disrespectful. This is not the first time I have seen rudeness from her. These drinks, in the first place, are really too expensive (And are they REALLY worth it?) to then, on top of that, get treatment like that?? I typically like this Starbucks but on Friday afternoon I ordered this drink grande and it came out to me curbside 1/4 empty not filled up like this. (I did put the straw in and shake it around for ice to settle to see if it was the ice piled up making volume seem low). This was barely 8 ounces let alone 12oz and for $5.00+ Total rip-off when you don’t get what you paid for which was the full amount. This was a brown sugar oatmilk espresso.
