I have been a Doordash driver for many years and never have I ever been treated so badly. I just came in to pick up an order for a customer. This big black guy with dreads comes up to me and asks me who I am picking up for. I tell him it is a Doordash order and customer's name. He says it was going to be 10 more minutes so I get back in my car and wait. I come back after 10 minutes he looks at me and says nothing so I wait. Then a large amount of time passes by. Then he proceeds to start talking badly about Doordash drivers in my face with a customer who was an older white lady like he was trying to get me upset. I just ignored him and continued to wait. Then I asked another employee if it was ready I see the other older black man look at a bag and says 7 more minutes.( Turns out it was in the bag that he looked at.) So 20 or 30 minutes have passed by and the customer is wondering where is the order. She calls and he is nasty to her also. I'm standing right there listening. So I keep waiting because I am a very patience person and I know they were trying to get me to leave without the order. I guess they were planning on keeping the customers order forever. So the whole restaurant is ignoring me at this point and I don't know why. I didn't do anything to them. So finally a new employee comes up( who is not apart of whatever is going on) and ask me if I need help and I say I'm waiting on a Doordash order. He goes to look for it. It was in the same bag the old man had just looked at. It has been ready the whole time.So the food was sitting there getting cold for what. Like what was the point. Wow, thank God for the young guy. I came in at 603pm and left at 710pm. Don't order from this chanellos. I know nothing is going to happened to this big black guy with dreads. He going to continue to do what he do and still keep his job. Don't order from this place if you want to get your order. Thank God the customer tip me more for waiting for an hour because I lost a lot of opportunity to make more money because the black guy with dread wanted to be nasty. I should have took my phone out and recorded him because it was unbelievable. Next time I will do that. Cause I know nothing is going to happen to him but at least I can warn people to stop ordering from this place cause you may be waiting forever because this guy has a problem with all Doordash drivers for some reason. Read moreI WOULD GIVE THIS A ZERO RATING IF I COULD. DO NOT ORDER PIZZA FROM THIS STORE. I am absolutely disgusted with the way this establishment is being operated. A couple days ago on my daughter's second birthday we decided to order two large cheese pizza's. I placed this order online and the approximate wait time was SUPPOSED to be until 6:15 pm. My husband had just finished working and when he should have been home spending time with his family HE HAD TO WAIT OVER AN HOUR FOR TWO LARGE CHEESE PIZZA'S. You would think we would have gotten something a little extra for out wait? Yeah no we didn't. On top of that as soon as he opened the box you could see a puddle of grease just sitting on top of the cheese. As a mother I went with my instinct and before I fed this to my children my husband and i took a bite to try ourselves. THE PIZZA WASN'T FULLY COOKED. We bit into raw dough and it was difficult to even swallow. In frusturation my husband went to the store to get his money back and the employees were sitting on their phone, giving him a hard time, being disrespectful and laughing, and told my husband he would have to wait four to five business days to get our money back. I have never heard of that. After asking for a corporate number? We were told that they weren't allowed to give out corporate numbers. Meanwhile this woman ran her mouth in the background while giving the phone to another employee. The male we spoke to gave us a Subway number instead. THEY ARE A JOKE. I called another Chanello's establishment and within seconds they gave me the number to corporate. Listen I'm usually a calm person but I won't stop until this place is shut down. This will be posted on every social media account I have. Even if I have to post a review up here everyday I will. Read moreI wish I could give no stars. Today I ordered two subs from this location at about 5:11 p.m. , my order was the classic Italian no mayo and I didn't want it heated. I also ordered the USS Norfolk no mayo add mustard. The order gets here at 6:00p.m. after the delivery lady leaves my son opens his sub and it's incorrect. There's no mayo or lettuce , I call the store and a young lady answers and I begin to explain what the problem is she first says I need to drive backup there and bring the sub " no I had it delivered for a reason I'm not driving up there," then she starts repeating to someone what I said about the sub being wrong. As she is repeating it she is saying it wrong and I'm saying over and over again what I ordered and what was wrong with it. After seven times I'm beyond aggravated because I've had to repeat myself so many time , she now calls for someone else to come to the phone because I'm being rude . Yes now I am being rude you tell me to drive up there to correct your mistake and even after repeating this order seven time you still can't get it right. A gentleman comes to the phone and now I've gone from 0 to 100 and I can hear her in the back ground still making comments about me and what she will do to me. At this point I am ready to drive up to the store , the gentleman is talking to me and he asked me to not use language. And we don't need that . He asked me again what my order was and then the phone goes on mute. He comes back after a few minutes and says it will be a hour for my son's sub to arrive because it's Super Bowl Sunday. At this point I'm done with this whole experience . I tell him never mind I Will Never Order again from this location .
