Last Saturday (February 1st), myself, my small nephew, and aunt went to this location during a lunch break from 1pm-2pm. I walked in by myself and left the others in the car. It was an extremely busy with approximately 15-20 people that needed to order Infront of me. I waited patiently as each person ordered and picked up on how they were taking orders, moving smoothly, and fast honestly. It was a 3 person team (hot side, cold side, cashier) and they were flowing with no issues. It was impressive. Then after a wait it finally got to me and I ordered a kids taco meal. The guy that I watched take each persons order before me then stops in his tracks and acts as if he doesn’t understand me. So I repeat myself with confusion because not only does he seem to be confused but he is also animated, no loud. I am also uncomfortable but repeating myself and he is yet still confused. So he then, with the store still busy, says I have to go grab my manager. So now it’s clear that my experience is vastly different from the 20 people I saw ahead of me and is standing out to those behind me … all because I asked for a kids meal … for the KID IN MY CAR, which they did not know about. So he then calls the manager over, points at me and asks me to repeat myself AGAIN. So infront of everyone, AGAIN, I have to repeat, can I get a kids meal in a frustrated way. She then tells him yeah but takes over and is making my meal, which she gets wrong. And to top it off I did not get the same warmness as everyone AND for some reason of ordering a kids meal for my nephew I had to have a manager called on me and her take my order when no one infront of me got that type of service and no one behind me. I have never experienced this service at Chipotle from simply ordering a kids meals …VERY UNACCEPTABLE. The mistreatment was UNACCEPTABLE. You should not treat people this way or embarrass them this way. Shame on the hot order taker...
Read moreFirst time going and last time stepping a toe inside. First off once we walked in we should’ve known to turn around when we saw the lettuce with pink on the edges but we decided to still give it a try I asked for 2 bowls with white rice chicken black beans pico sour cream cheese and a side of guac and chips. ( I only ordered because that’s was the only place I could go) The service while ordering was horrible no sense on how to treat a costumer they need to get a lesson on that on top of how to work at Chipotle I was a recent employee at Chipotle and even though I hated going to work I still kept up with how the quality of the food was and my costumer service was great and my maintenance with keeping the line up clean and spotless so that the costumers come in looking at the food and not the mess around it. I sat down to eat my food and they still hadn’t cleaned and they did have a time where they were just standing there doing nothing. Once I started eating my food it was fine but once I got to the part with guac my first bite was chunky and had had jalapeño I wasn’t too fazed by that but my second bite was the worse it had avocado skin. The chips were almost burn and once we left I got a stomach ache and my sister got sick from it and was in the bathroom throwing up and having to use the bathroom urgently I would not recommend this location to nobody that ask me where to go ANYWHERE BUT HERE!!! Please fire this whole staff and hire new crew and train them correctly. I would give them 0 stars if it...
Read moreI’m really excited that the Chipotle in Great Bridge has finally opened! The staff was incredibly friendly, and the food was fresh and delicious, exactly what you expect from Chipotle. One thing I really appreciated is that they seem to have plastic straws here instead of the paper ones that the other Chipotles in the area have. I’m not sure if this will change, but it’s a nice touch for now. It’s great to finally have a convenient location in Great Bridge, and I’ll definitely be coming back regularly.
Update: I’ve been back several times now, and unfortunately, it seems like they weren’t quite ready to open. The staff still needs more training, as there have been issues like portions being inconsistent, ingredients not being prepared correctly, and the overall experience feeling a bit unorganized. I really wanted to love this location, but they’ve got some work to do to get up to speed. Hopefully, they can iron out...
