Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Chesapeake

This used to be an okay Domino’s but it’s really gone downhill. Their delivery service is incredibly slow - after an hour they hadn’t even started making our order and when I called to see why, thinking the tracker must be broken, they said it might be 1-2 more hours for delivery. They should be admitting how long the delivery might take so people don’t waste their time ordering food that may not arrive until 3 hours after order. Apparently they struggle to hire drivers because of the low wages so they overwork the ones they do have. If they refuse to raise wages when no one is willing to work there for the starvation wage they’re offering, they shouldn’t offer delivery service that they aren’t providing. When delivery does arrive, it’s smushed in the box like the driver slammed the brakes (probably had to rush and drive dangerously with how overburdened they are!). We have Domino’s pizza weekly! If you are looking to feed your family and be budget friendly look no further! We ALWAYS order the pan pizzas. If you have never tried one you are missing out! They are a family favorite. 🤩 Super consistent, and hardly ever have an issue. I think they might miss us when we don’t order every week 🤣 or maybe they enjoy the week off! If you try it say the Merediths sent you! The only thing we have tried and didn’t like were the chicken wings, but boneless ones were a hit!

Well tonight was annoying. I've never once had a problem but tonight was ridiculous. ordered on the app as usual. System said my wait time was about 20 minutes. I arrived and peoceeded to the pickup lane and was told 1hr 45 because orders online dont take priority. What kind of nonsense is this? The female at the window stated the app is never right bc it's a 3rd party provider and phone orders and walk in take priority. I always place my orders through the app and it's spot on. Thanks for taking accountability and passing the blame. there's a way to handle things like this and there's a way not too. now I'm told up to 5 days for a refund. smh. come on your team is better than this but not the...
