Jimmy John's — Restaurant in Chesapeake

Jimmy John's is always one of my favorite places to go when picking up a sub sandwich after a long hard day. The sub rolls are baked fresh daily. I can say nothing but "great service" at the location on Cedar Road, which is the sandwich shop I frequent. The restaurant is always neat and clean. My favorite is #1 Ham & Provolone, 16-inch Giant. The sub is never soggy and always real fresh when you take that first bite. I am a picky eater, so I have special requests and the people who serve me always act happy to accommodate my requests. Our new location in Great Bridge apparently the delivery cut-off is less than a half a mile from my residence in actuality it may be foUr streets in the same neighborhood. I was told they cannot deliver to us so I called the South Battlefield location and unfortunately they don't deliver to us which makes sense because they are way further down the road. If you order online plan on waiting 45min to an hour and getting no sympathy when you call and ask where your food is after it's shown out for deliver for 30min. Ordered at 12:09, food is still not here. Called, told it was with driver and they only had one driver.
