Worst mobile order process in all fast food restaurants in the area plus crew that does not care about customer service. App said that my order is ready at 7:34, and I was at the counter waiting. Nobody came out to welcome or ask me. I saw the pick up area, and it was empty. I sat down and waited. I saw one of the crews in the back preparing what looks like my order. Her phone rang, she answered, and continued prepping. You can really see that she was putting less in the other bowl compare to the other. She closed the bowls and disappeared. About 10 minutes later, she came back in the kitchen and in the front. I told her I’ve been standing there for awhile and nobody bothered to ask me. Actually, the guy in the back asked and told the kitchen crew that I needed help, but nobody did. The two female crew prepping food had been by the front, but did not care to talk to me avoided to make eye contact. Finally, I told her that I been waiting for over 20 minutes already, and with no apology, she just said that they are understaffed. I said you’ve seen me waiting here for awhile and didn’t even ask or say anything to me, but you had time to answer your phone. She said that has nothing to do with my order. I told her my pick up time was 7:34 and it’s 7:54 already. She said the app is wrong. She gave me a cup, I said I need another one, she replied no ‘coz you only ordered one. She checked the receipt and gave me another cup, no apology, dropped my orders on the counter. I told her that she should not be working back there, you say you’re understaffed, but you’re on your phone the whole time prepping in the back then disappeared for awhile. Unfortunately for me, it’s the closest KFC, so I will be back for more, but just drive-thru...
Read moreMy husband and I Went to eat inside at KFC Taco Bell in Great Bridge in Chesapeake. I ordered one chicken leg, mashed potatoes with gravy, chips with a side of cheese and guacamole and a tea. The tea was not very sweet so I asked could I have lemonade instead and cashier did give a cup of lemonade. The cashier said do you know what the chips are called? So I pointed to them on the menu. While I waited for my order two other customers were given the wrong order. When I was given my simple order It was WRONG also. I nicely went up to the counter and asked for my correct order. I watched the cashier give the piece of chicken to the cooks and tell them it was wrong. The cook said "Really? Doubt it". I watched the cook take the piece out of my bag order and put it back up with the other chicken. I got back to my booth and again went to eat and noticed NO fork to eat with. I went back to the counter and asked for a fork the cashier rolled his eyes and acted like it was such a big problem to give me a fork. My husband ordered a 3 piece dark meat meal and mashed potatoes. His chicken was cold and so were his potatoes. But he ate part of it anyway cause he was hungry. I tried to eat my meal. My chicken was fair at best. So greasy you could barely hold it. I took two bites and said forget it I can't eat this. I tried the chips all 6 whole chips. I ate one. I tried my potatoes with gravy and I took one bite. This restaurant has been recently remodeled but the staff and service has gone downhill and most importantly THE FOOD has became DISGUSTING. I live near this restaurant and used to go here a few times a month but...
Read moreHonestly wish I could leave 0 stars, for the poor service. First I waited about 5 minutes to be acknowledged at the speaker. I ordered and the young lady (asheira) had an attitude from the time I came to her window. I work fast food as well I know sometimes people have bad days. I simply asked her if she could read my order back because I did not understand the reason there was a up charge. She shouldn’t be in or at the window speaking to any customers, if asking for my order to be read back caused her so much frustration. she continuously rolled her eyes, blew her breath so much wasted time having an attitude she could have answered and been done with the situation... she walked off without responding and told her manager (Belinda )“ come talk to them they doing to much”. I did speak to her and she apologized on her behalf, as I explained I didn’t want the food anymore and I didn’t understand what her problem was. She proceeded to be rude yelling in on the conversation with the manager and myself saying “ she didn’t have a issue ”.. she obviously did because she couldn’t address such a small situation. It’s never the customers fault you don’t like where you work or whatever the case may be. Please keep her away from the window or front counters you’ll lose a lot of business letting her be the one to serve...
