Taco Bell / KFC — Restaurant in Chesapeake

Order was placed in drive thru, we were told that the zinger meal would be 6 minutes do we want to wait. There was a lot of other items on our order also, we pulled up and around to wait for our food. 20 minutes later I had to leave the car and find out what was happening. I was told they were still waiting on the chicken, but everything else was ready. 5 or so minutes go by and the young man brings a bag of food to me at the counter and says sorry for the wait. I proceed to check the order and it was missing all of the food except for the zinger and 2 quesadilla's and a Taco Salad. The quesadillas were burnt and the taco salad looked like it came from the trash bin. I asked the gentleman would you eat this and he says "no sir". I asked for the manager, who 5 minutes later came to the counter and asked what the problem was. I showed her and told her, she gives me a dirty look and snatches the food and throws it in the bin and as shes walking away she says I'll re do the order. It gets worse, after waiting for her to remake the order, she still forgot items and put beef into a chicken taco salad, the mountain dew was carbonated water, this place is a joke avoid...

Solid place. Good food. Legitimately the slowest Taco Bell on this planet. Has been for 20 years. I think there is a special segment of training at this location where they advise workers to make sure that that don't move any faster than my dead Grandma. God rest her soul. Food is quality for Taco Bell, but make sure your schedule is cleared for the whole damn day because one soft taco takes 1.5 hours to make. You'll get to watch the Great Bridge bridge open at least twice. I parked the car and walked to Kroger to get ingredients for dinner and made it back in time to notice the line had not moved and I was not holding anyone up. One time I was able to watch Forest Gump and make it to the part where Forest is talkin to Jenny under the tree and I was still crying when I got my taco..Anyways, positive experiences overall and staff is...

I've been to this location, and each time is different. My most recent visit was decent. The cashier, Heavenly, was incredibly kind and helpful, not just with me but with other customers. However, the wait for my food was kind of long, and it wasn't busy when I went inside to place my order. My order was accurate and warm, but I noticed that as more people came in to place orders, they were often waiting for longer periods of time before they received their food. I think there might be a staffing issue at this location, which cpuld account for the slow service. In addition, the dining area was a little unkempt and was never attended to while I sat inside. I hope this location can get the necessary personnel because it's conveniently located near my work, and like I said earlier, Heavenly was so sweet...
