Due the the fact of Covid-19 still around, and by law, every establishment must follow by he rules of wearing gloves and face masks at ALL time. I used to come to this location fairly often but after my experience today around mid afternoon, I will not be returning as the fact follows that neither employee at either windows were following regulations of the covid-19 pandemic. No gloves, no masks, but to top all of this off, the cashier in the first drive through window had not asked me what order I had and I ended up paying for someone's food in front of me. And when I got to the second window I had to explain to a manager, who also wasn't fully equipped for this crisis, that I had paid for someone's food and I wanted a refund but before I could even say the refund my money part, he quickly retorted with "well since you had paid less for what you wanted, that is fine." What is fine? That you cannot refund me my money because of your cashier's mistake? I'm sorry, but also not sorry. Something told me to flip sandwich over and there is mold on bread . I called store spoke to Josh a night manager went over my frustration He stated that they threw a whole rack of bread away because of mold . And that’s all he can tell me . I guess they lack the common sense that they should have checked the food that was already prepared and 2 they probably didn’t want to throw out the food for loss of income , instead , rather risk the health of customers I asked for general manager name he gave me Allen K said he does not know his last name ? I mentioned to him that if health department came in and saw this it would not look good and pretty sure they have sold to couple hundred of people with this mold . They say the definition of insanity is doing the same thing expecting different results, so I must be insane for expecting this last visit to this McDonald's to go well. I have had my last bad experience at this McDonald's and I will never set foot here again. Service is consistently slow, food is consistently unseasoned, and I AM FED UP WITH GETTING THE WRONG FOOD. This time, I ordered two QPCs, two large fries, and a 20 piece nugget. I even checked the bag for three boxes when I got my food to make sure they got it right before leaving. Got home to figure out they didn't. One of the QPCs had just pickles and meat. My fries had no salt. There were no sauces. I didn't even get the nuggets, the third box I felt at the bottom ended up being a FILET O FISH.
