Moe's Southwest Grill — Restaurant in Chesapeake

Short version: Staff was rude, food was 2/5, salsa was watered down, store was a wreck. Long version: I submitted a formal complaint but i thought id add one here aswell. Let me just say I love moes for their friendly staff and delicious food and I constantly encourage people to find their nearest moes asap. However, I came to this one to return some catering trays after a large order we placed in portsmouth and figured id drop off them off after class at TCC. Each catering tray is supposed to get you a $5 Moes buck coupon and the manager took my trays and gave me one $5 moes bucks and stashed them in the back real quick and gave me this speech about how those trays are worth $2 a piece and that she was doing me a favor by giving me an extra dollar but those things only come in $5 bills how can you tell me the trays are worth $2?? Are you going to cut one in half? Also the store was in disarray, the tables had not been wiped, the door practically fell off its hinges (one of the door handles was broken off with half of it still on the door). The beans were very dry and the salsa was watered down! I know it was watered down because the texture was very different and the to go salsa containers leaked all over my seat through the bag (Certainly a first!). I just ate at Moes and was very disappointed. The food was good, however we were greeted when we walked in by a low pitch half hearted ( I hate my job, I’m only saying this because I have to) “welcome to Moes.” There was only 2 workers in the front at first, eventually saw 6. We stood at the counter for a few seconds before initial greeter “Tee” mumbled to us to get our order. We ordered a wrong doug and a home wrecker, each time “Tee” moved with no haste and asked twice what kind of rice beans and meat we wanted with each. Either Tee has zero experience in customer service or she was just having a bad day. We were however greeted by Jasmine next. Jasmine was very polite, helpful, moved with haste and she was cheerful. Every time I go into this moes Mexican Grill they always mess up my order in some way or form. When you do order they don’t listen to what you say you want and end up adding something else to my burrito or a bowl. They are also in consistent with the quantity of vegetables rice and beans that they put in burritos. Many times when I order a Joey and a Joey Junior my regular Joey ends up being the size of my junior yet I paid for a regular size burrito. It does not seem like the staff has it together I constantly get asked the same question over and over by 3 to 4 different employees if it’s carry out or take out. I always feel like I get frustrated going to this place so I decided to find another Moe’s to go to in the area. I have never had this much of a problem at any other Moe’s before.
