Starbucks — Restaurant in Chesapeake

Placed order at drive thru and paid with CC and gift card. The cashier asked me to tap or place card in slot. He also said we do ask for tips as well. Ask for receipt, which he had me wait almost two minutes. Drive off, and this is my fault for not checking the temperature of the latte. It was cold, and banana bread was also. I've been to this location many times and never had a cashier, so nonchalant about the customer's experience. Didn't have...

Look yall...im all for you trying to save money and have one person work the counter in the morning ...but honestly have it with someone who moves a little faster than the speed of a snail. This guy, bless his heart, couldn't keep up with 3 peoples orders. The lady who was in front of me waited 10 minutes for her 2nd item, and there is still a lady behind me who hasn't been served yet....
