I Dont usually give low ratings. I am frustrated with this company's customer service. I called and asked for a bouquet delivery. I was told to wait and was placed on hold. I waited on hold about 5 minutes and the call was disconnected. I figured that I lost service, and called again. It sounded as though the phone was answered and then promptly hung up. I thought it was weird, so I called one last time. This time, the phone was immediately answered with a large sigh and they stated the business name. I told them I lost connection and without saying a word they placed me on hold again. I will say this, It is the day before Valentines Day in the afternoon. I am currently fast cruising (simulating an underway) on board a ship, and have not had the time or capability to order anything for my wife. I will still be fast cruising on Valentines Day tomorrow. If they do not have the capability of completing my order I feel they should respectfully decline my request. This would be much more respectful than passive aggressive phone tag and hold placing. Perhaps the customer service operator was having a bad day, but if anyone else has recieved service like this I recommend making it known so the company may take the corrective action required to improve their...

Walmart’s flowers look better than this!!!!!!! wish I could give zero stars.... my husband ordered a huge bouquet of flowers for our anniversary and since he’s out of state (work) he mentioned to them that I work nights (7pm -7am) I was home all day waiting for the flowers —- it finally arrived right before I left for work 645pm . What horrible customer service, I heard a knock on the door and the guy left the flowers on the ground and left before I even opened the door .
