Dunkin' — Restaurant in Chester

Been a Dunkin' lover my whole life and this location is by far the best one I have ever been to. Their customer service is unbeatable; Mini, Sharda, and Joe run a great crew and make every visit a pleasure. The store is always kept imbeccably clean, they are always well stocked even during the busiest hours on the busiest days, and they keep the wait time down to nothing without ever sacrificing quality. I visit this store twice a day, five days a week and it is worth it for the service and product I receive (no one makes my coffee better than Jawan!). We ordered a drink that costed $5.21 after tax BUT they charged us $8.40 even they the employee specifically told us $5.21. Then when confronted about it, they tried only refunding 3 dollars instead of the $3.19. When we asked them why, they said that they would refuse to pay the rest because it was taxes even though we had already paid for the tax on the $8.40 they charged us. They also refused to give us a receipt when asked even though we saw her print out the receipt and then throw it away right...

I feel bad since this guy is new (probably been there a month now), but how can you make a drink taste so bad consistsntly? This used to be my favorite Dunkin since they're the only one that can make my drink right, but now this new dude keeps either giving me the completely wrong drink, or it tastes dirt.
