*owner, please read! Another BAD experience.... 06/24/25 @ about 7pm. Let's start with the fact that I eat at Wendy's often....but only at this one on rare occasion because the service is poor and the food is often wrong. Unfortunately, this location is a mile from my house so the obvious location unless I'm eating on the run. After today, I'm done. Pretty sad imo. For reference, I got an Alf puppet from this location as a kid in 1990, so I've been a loyal customer for 35+ years. Today, the manager shorted my change. When I pointed it out, he threw the correct change in my hand without a word. I say please and thank you when I order, but your manager cant say thank you or sorry after a mistake? Interesting. Then I get home to find no sour cream for the sc and chive potato, a chili filled 1.5 inches short of the bowl, and a dry and old double stack. Wish I got a receipt, but one wasn't given. Guess I need to go the website to complain since ive never received a response here or through Google. Prior review below... Okay...I did a review 11 moths ago. Never heard back from Wendy's. I've been back a dozen times since then, and I'm pretty sure I've never had a 5 star experience. Today, I ordered a biggie bag and a spicy chicken. Everything was warm but not hot. The best part though was the spicy chicken. Receipt is right, light Mayo add cheese. As you can see, unmelted cheese (warm not hot), no lettuce, regular mayo. COME ON Team Wendy's. $14 can get you carryout from restaurants like Applebee's, Olive Garden, Texas Road House, etc. You guys really have to do better. Hot food, made correctly is...
Read moreSo we have had this Wendy's on a Time Out since 2017. At any rate Monday 6/2 I worked late and decided to try this location again. Ordered a Dave's Double, & an order of Baconator Fries at the drove thru. I live about 2 miles away. Well O was very surprised that my burger was hot and fresh, and the Baconator Fries were awesome.my wife actually stole most of the fries and loved them So tonight we decided to try you again. May 7, 6:12PM receipt # $30135 for $22.42 at drive thru. Got home and realized that I was short thr medium frosty. Both of the Baconator Fried were barely Luke warm. They had just laid straps of bacon on top. Monday the bacon was broken up and mixed in with the order. Wife's Homestyle Chicken was hot and she liked it. My Double was way overcooked and near black at edges. It was also cool not even Luke warm. I will take credit for the missing Frosty. I ordered it and I should have realized it was missing before I left the drive thru. Looks like this Wendy's is back on Time Out. This issue falls on the Management of this store. He or She needs to stay on top of what his employees are serving to guests in terms of quality and temperature. If the employees know he/she does not check they get lazy. If the Manager is always checking what is coming out of the kitchen, and calls them out on it the problem goes away. If not, the customers go away. which is what...

Their so called "bosses" which Wendy's has too many so called bosses as it is , are as heartless & ruthless as it comes. Wendy's will give an employee a promotion to a better position but they still have to wait 3 months for a raise for the position but they start that new position right away. I & everyone I know will NEVER spend our money with Wendy's ever again. Between how they treat their employees, to giving their so called bosses bonuses for keeping employees work hours low. Wendy's owner & their so called bosses makes me physically sick. Shame on you Wendy's owner and "bosses" , shame on you. As for you amazing employees, you all deserve better and thank y'all for the great food & service , especially in the working conditions y'all work in.
