So, the extended family and I (about 12 of us total) were looking for a thing to do that was both multigenerational and inexpensive. Someone suggested mini golf and the custard place was closest... in New Baltimore. Little did I know that i would get to experience the "worlds finest" custard while I was there. Now, don't get me wrong, it was decent custard but i think the choice of name may be a marketing scheme to get people as customers. Apparently, this type of over-zealous marketing works because there were a steady number of people in line throughout the entire time we were there (which was about two hours). Anyway, the reason for the three stars has more to do with the substandard mini-golf. The 18 hole course had lots of decorative elements to it but most of them were in disrepair including about half of the statues that look like they haven't been painted for a few years, others that had large holes in them, and two (a giraffe and a totem pole) that were entirely knocked over. The difficulty of the course was about 3/5 stars as well but it was aided in its difficulty by the amount of debris that covered each hole. I would suggest that it be someones job to arrive an hour early and blow each hole before the custard place opens. Well, anyway, we had a nice time and will probably come again someday unless we have an option that makes sense for us at the time.

Arrived on a Saturday around 5pm. Large parking lot to park in which is very nice for large vehicles. Very large menu so there are plenty of options. I got the small cone with a custard twist which is a lot larger than I thought it was going to be. My 13 years old got the medium which was massive but he enjoyed. Custard has a nice creamy taste and the cone is just your standard ice cream cone. Only downside of the visit was the cash only. No other payments are acceptable but there is an atm on site. I understand the cash only because of what the business has to pay to have credit but in this day and age not everyone carries cash and for me personally, I don’t want to pull cash out of an atm with fees applied. Don’t let the 3 stars deter you, the custard was good but nothing that would bring me back. There is also a small playground and mini golf onsite if you have kids. So if you like custard or for that matter ice cream, stop by and give them a shot.

OMG! This place is absolutely FANTASTIC!! I drive almost 10 miles [one-way] just to go HERE!! –even though we have a very similar local ice cream place by us, maybe just a mile or so from our house– & while the place by us is fine, & good & all... it's just NOT the SAME as WFFC! ~& I'm not just referring to the fact that here at WFFC, they have a sweet {not so little} little playground & an ENTIRE putt-putt golf course...

I am referring to: THE SOFT-SERVE ☆"FLAVORS OF THE WEEK"!!☆ ~That's what does it for me & causes me to drive out here pretty much weekly all season long!

And I have tried SO MANY [other] local (& even some not so local) Ice Cream & Custard stands, stores, joints, shoppēs, & such places (even other places that have rotating [weekly] soft-serve flavors) but NONE of them are as delicious as WFFC!!

World's Finest has my absolute favorite Ice Cream/Custard anywhere! I'm not at all kidding when I tell you that I would SERIOUSLY eat it every single day if I could! *In fact, I might even go as far to say that it'd be my hypothetical "If you can ONLY HAVE ONE THING to eat on deserted island...?" food actually!

The German Chocolate flavored soft serve they have a couple times per year/season is one of my absolute favorite flavors (& actually, 🤔 I don't even really like German Chocolate Cake)-& OMG the Banana flavor 🍌 is so creamy & delicious! Those are definitely MY ALL TIME 2 FAVORITE FLAVORS🍦😋... but there are seriously SO MANY MORE phenomenal flavors! ☆Which is why I'm there pretty much every week (at LEAST once/wk) for a taste of the next new flavor!!

And I've tried lots of the other many, many treats they offer up there as well & because they're made with the same type of fantastic soft serve as the weekly flavors their treats come out way better then anywhere else! (*Because they always have Chocolate & Vanilla along with the 2 other "flavors of the week", not to mention a good selection of hard dip ice cream too)

And of course it makes everything just that much better that the staff is always so wonderful too; they're sweet, friendly & fast!

All ages can enjoy the putt-putt course up there ♥︎which is just perfect for a 1st date! - or for any date really🥰 But its also such a great family outing, or something fun to go do with friends (*& for anyone who is still nervous/worried about Covid-19... its outside & it has "built in" social distancing"... -b/c u have to wait for your turn to get on the green).

Kids of all ages can have fun {*& run off some of that sugar🤪} in a pretty good sized play ground area with swings & all!

Its just such a great destination to visit...& OMG the ice cream here is seriously just ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS🤩😍

Plus they also have some other very yummy stuff too... like Slushes, Coolers, Shakes, Sundays, Parfaits and Flurries (made with the different candies and fruit & stuff), etc. & they even have a few different types of popsicles - like the Spiderman & Minions & other such characters also.

Basically there's something for just about everyone! Even a "PUPPY CUP" which is a small dollop of vanilla ice cream & a dog bone for the Fur-Babies! ~ *in fact, I've brought my cats up there with me a bunch of times & they even give them tiny little cups of [vanilla] ice cream – tho I imagine they probably don't see too many cats up there all that often...?!? Well, other then us that is - because I'm up there quite a bit, but not always with my cats; even tho my cats really do sure love to get that tiny, cold, creamy treat!

This is 💯% Most Definitely my ABSOLUTE VERY FAVORITE Place to get ALL of our Summer Ice Cream Treats!

Just a HEADS UP THO:

•They do NOT accept credit cards 🚫💳 •💵Ca$h ONLY! *{So just be sure to bring...

At the Words' Finest Frozen Custard, we had a delightful experience that left a lasting impression. Right from the moment we arrived, the friendly and efficient staff made us feel welcomed. The girls behind the counter were not only fast at taking our orders but also incredibly friendly, engaging with our kids and making the dessert experience even more enjoyable. The frozen custard itself was rich and creamy, a perfect treat for our family on a warm day.

After indulging in our delicious desserts, our kids had a blast on the play set, which provided a great way for them to burn off some energy. It was nice to see them laughing and having fun while we relaxed in the comfortable sitting area. Although the mini golf could use a bit of TLC, it was still a pleasant addition, allowing families to enjoy their treats outdoors. The availability of such a space is appreciated, and our kids certainly didn’t mind the minor imperfections.

Overall, Words' Finest Frozen Custard is a fantastic spot for families looking to enjoy a sweet treat in a welcoming environment. We’ll definitely be returning for more custard...
