I stopped in here with a buddy to grab some lunch because he had never been to a hi-point before and iv been to 3 different locations of theirs.
The inside seating is shared with 4 hands at the district but there is ample seating for plenty to sit anywhere. You can also take your food outside to the seating near the big screen or the tables that are just outside the doors.
I ordered a double burger with Swiss, egg, and added some fries and a soda my friend got a single burger with swiss and egg along w fries and a soda and the total was 31$ and change.
The burgers were excellent and all held a solid shape the whole time..the egg was a nice touch and they have some different sauces you can try along with having ketchup, mustard, and mayo on every table.
The French fries were nicely done and tastes great in any of their sauces.
There is a big craftsman toolbox near the order line which houses many drawers of sauces, salt, pepper, napkin and to go bags. The sauces were their secret sauce, BBQ, and their deluxe they had some extra of ketchup also in the same yo go cups.
The service was quick and the food was out very quick and brought right to the table as they give you a number card when you order.
They had some videos games and some tvs playing around a d it was a great atmosphere.
Right outside the door is the outdoor stage of the district where they have a nice big screen and plenty of benches tables and chairs to hang and eat any food you just purchased from near by.
A few lawn games in the summer that iv seen..nice speakers all around to hear what's on the big screen.
Very good location great service and food was on point. Can't wait for summer to grab some more and enjoy a hockey game on...
Read moreHorrible service. Cold food. Poorly managed. No accountability.
Note: below is my original review. I do have to say that the GM did follow up with me and was very professional and made it right. Also explained to me how they have been planning on improving the process and it will be much better of an experience overall.
Ordered a burger and fries, kids chicken and fries, and a shake on a somewhat busy Friday. Waited 45 mins. Only the kids meal arrived and it was cold. I went and asked for hot fries and was given yet another cold basket that was just sitting under heating lamps next to the 10 other meals getting cold. Finally got the burger and fries 10 mins later- cold. When I yet again asked for hot food, no apology, no accountability. In fact, I was given another table number to wait as if it were a new order. Shake was never made until I complained about that as well. Horrible experience.
I didn’t want my money back (which I wasn’t offered anyway) I just wanted hot or even warm food. Biggest waste of $60 with a very unearned generous tip.
My friends ordered about 30 mins after us when the small rush was over and had the same issue. Meals served cold, and separate from eachother.
Management needs to realize how inefficient and ineffective their table number system is. The food runners look around for table numbers for 5-10 mins in some cases. Long enough to let food go cold.
Will never eat here again. But the food looked like it would have been good if it was not cold. And atmosphere is awesome. ...
Read moreDinner and drinks with colleagues at The District turned out to be a no-brainer. It was the perfect spot for our group, especially since it sits right next to 4Hands. That meant no wandering around or trekking between venues just to top off our beers between bites. I managed to stay true to my keto diet without feeling like I was missing out. And yes, I know what you're thinking--beer is liquid and technically full of carbs. But let me live. It was a good night, and I enjoyed every sip.
When it came time to order appetizers, the fries looked absolutely tempting, golden and crisp, but I played it safe and went with the mozzarella sticks. Now, before you roll your eyes at the idea of just two sticks per order, let me tell you--these are not your average mozzarella sticks. These are full-on FOOT LONG mozzarella sticks. I'm talking about cheese logs that could double as baton props. Totally over the top, and totally worth it.
For the main course, I went with the classic burger, minus the bun to keep things keto-friendly. They nailed it with the toppings--melted cheese, crispy bacon, fresh lettuce, tomato, onion, and a generous pile of pickles. It was flavorful, satisfying, and didn't feel like a compromise at all.
If you're skipping alcohol or just want something refreshing, they've got a solid lineup of bottled drinks to choose from. And for those with a sweet tooth, their house-made shakes are also on the menu. It's the kind of place that makes it easy to relax, indulge a little, and still feel like you made...
