Sonic Drive-In — Restaurant in Chesterfield

Sauced chicken had all the sauce on the bottom making half the chicken saucy, no sauce on top chicken but its not even warm enough to shake the sauce around. Onion rings were clearly over fried being hard as candy. The shake I got that was displayed on the menu and was chocolate was a completely different shake too was supposed to be oreo cheesecake, which you can taste the cheesecake but not the oreo and the shake was vanilla. I asked one of the waitresses about it politely, and she just gave me an attitude and said “I made it. Its right.” She was very unprofessional and made no effort to actually talk to me, I understand you were busy but a simple “I’m sorry, thats the shake we actually make the image is wrong.” In a fake customer voice would’ve been perfectly fine to me, but instead she chose to act completely unprofessional. I don't normally write reviews especially negative ones, but this experience was so frustrating I felt I had to. We showed up at 9:55 with Sonic not closing until 11. We sat in a bay and press the red button twice. While it said it was activated, no one took our order after 8 minutes. We then went through the drive through and ordered. We ordered two shakes and a pretzel. We wanted something quick, so we could get on with hour 90 minute drive back home. We waited 20 minutes in the drive thru line with no one ever saying a word to us. When they do come out, there was no apology or anything. On top of that, one of the two shakes were wrong. Still, no apology. we don't see him again for another 5 minutes and he disappears with our credit card. I have see this restaurant many times during my travel. I always want to give it a try and today is my first time or the second if I forgot my first time. My partner got a crispy chicken and American style hot dog. She loved the burger so much but not the hot dog. She also enjoyed the tots and popcorn chicken a lot. I got the Sonic Double, which was so great! My partner said whopper is better, but she ate it up even after finishing the burger and the sides. Body always tells the truth. I only got few bites on my Sonic double. By the way, its order and wait in a parking lot style really relaxed me because I have difficulty to make a choice.
