I placed a mobile order while at the sams club across the street. It was a venti iced quad blonde espresso with brown sugar oatmilk and cold foam with LIGHT ICE. I have ordered this drink everyday for the last 4 YEARS. I know what it's supposed to look and taste like. I've gone to about 7 different location and it's alway similar. However this location made it 100% wrong somehow. It seemed like they forgot the espresso part.. so I then had to walk in the building even though I picked up at drive thru. I asked for it to be remade and a man was okay with that however with the milk he put like 1/4in oatmilk and though that would be okay for a venti. Then he asked his coworkers a question regarding the drink so one of the workers walked over to me stating "OUR POLICY OF SPLASH OF OATMILK IS UP TO 3/4 IN" So we can't add anymore to the drink( I told her I paid for extra and she said they put the extra)-but they didn't. She then gave me a lecture about how the stores that were giving me a fullish cup was not following policy and then asked me for the store location( I just said anyone I go to makes the drink without issue) The man finished the drink and went to hand me it but I told him, I'm not sure why it's barely a half cup if at other locations it is full. The woman then grabbed the cup of the counter and added 2 FULL scoops of ice to the cup even though the label said LIGHT ICE. Personally I think the people at this location are incompetent and the drink didn't taste right. Read moreIf I could have given this place a zero, I would have. Had I visited the restroom BEFORE I ordered I would have walked back out. I had a bit of a drive to where I was going and had to use the restroom. This restroom was atrocious. I can guarantee you it hasn’t been cleaned in a week. Stains in the bowl from not being cleaned, pubic hairs on the sink where you wash your hands, strands of long hair in the sink...I mean disgusting. I ordered before I went to the restroom. I was the ONLY customer on the place...no one in drive thru even. And no drink. While I was waiting trying to figure out what the two behind the counter were doing, I observed an employee pull something out of the trash can (piece of paper) and put it on the counter to write something on it. That SAME employee (without washing her hands) finally acknowledges me and say oh I didn’t see you there. Ok, but then handed me the wrong coffee anyway (at this point I wasn’t going to actually take the coffee after seeing everything going on). I took what was given to me, as long as it took to get the drink I wasn’t about to ask for a refund, and out the door I went. NEVER TO COME BACK HERE AGAIN. And I love Starbucks...
Read moreThe order was correct and hot. The staff was very polite, however I give 4 stars because the drive through line was very slow. UPDATE: lowered to a 3 star review after my most recent visit. Our drinks were made hot, however there was a lot of foam on both my wife's and my drink so we each only had less than a ½ cup of actual coffee, kinda disappointing. The lobby had all the behind the counter mats thrown down and upside down, a small trip Hazzard. We were there about 1hr before closing, and the bathrooms where a mess. The outside trash overflowing. No excuse for these things. The good thing was the staff was friendly. Update (10-16-22) : I went back to give it one more try. I was very surprised to see that they have completely remodeled the inside. It looks fresh clean bright. A total different experience. The drinks were made correctly and they were full this time. The bathrooms were clean and no overflowing trash. I will definitely visit this location again. Great job guys! One disappointing factor was the drive thru was closed and it was about 2 hours...
