I've always liked KFC till 2 weeks ago and today. No more 'To Go Cups'. What a shame. I just purchased a 6 piece chicken Tenders box. The Tenders were very small and for a whopping $7.19. I also ordered 3 Chicken Crunch wrap Supremes... Heck NO! I was charged $11.97 AND $2.10 for these 3 wraps. 3 little tiny chicken shreds and as thin as could possibly be. Who made these with next to nothing on them? I took one bite and all I got was a bite of a soft shell and a crunchy shell. When I opened it up, HECK NO, will I eat this thing. Worthless for how much money and is TB really serious to sell and charge an extra charge for WHAT? I'm SO disappointed between these 2: KFC/TB. 2 weeks ago at the KFC in Ledgewood, I ended up getting a $5 box with 3 very small tenders, a biscuit, a cookie, a cole slaw and a drink: all things I didn't want. Both times, all I wanted was Tenders and wedges. I've taken pictures but no longer have need to show anyone because I've just made my final decision. I won't be going back to my old favorite fast food places. Too expensive for too little... Lost a few customers as my family members have also been seeing the changes. Just not worth coming back. Too disappointing!
Smaller thinned out food, Larger prices.. This is sad..... Hildy Weinssen
Look at the top of the picture. Those are the 3 scrawny tiny chickenettes: all 3 combined make one bite. I didn't eat any more than that 1 bite. Wondering what the manager will do when I return 2 of them. My son ate the 3rd and told me don't ever get them again.....NP, my...

Ordered the 12-piece meal two weeks ago (KFC, if you're listening, my order # was 232) found we had 10 pieces in the bucket when I got home.
Ordered the 12-piece meal tonight--and made a point of telling the cashier to make sure that the order was counted correctly, because I'd been shorted the last time I was in. Got home (14 miles away) to find that I had 8 pieces of chicken. (KFC? Still with me? I was order 294.)
Tonight the couple in front of me in line ordered a family meal to go--and the woman made a point of taking apart the entire bag and counting everything. It turned out she was short 2 pieces of chicken. My order had taken 20 minutes, and I was frustrated--I grabbed my order (and my impatient child) and left. I could just kick myself--because they shorted me 1/3 of my order, and they will do nothing about it. (Yes--I'll get a coupon off my next visit. I want my money back.)
If you order from this restaurant, ask them to count the entire thing in front of you. They either have a hiring program for totally math-challenged teenagers, or they have employees stealing food. Either way, they clearly have a quality problem. (And ask yourself--if they can't hire people who can count to 12, are they hiring people who can read the...
Read moreI went to buy dinner for my family and I ordered crispy chicken, mashed potatoes, gravy and mac and cheese. When I got to the window the attendant explained to me that they were out of crispy chicken. They had a few pieces left but could replace missing pieces with chicken tenders. It was about 8:48 at night. So I took the remaining 8 pieces of original chicken and decided that would have to complete my order. With this being said I went home to feed my family and they gave me two cole slaw - no mac and cheese - they gave me mashed potatoes and with out gravy.
I didn't have any biscuits in my order. I called the store and spoke to a gentleman and he said he will give me the missing sides, i could pick them up with in 30 days and then the offer will void. With that I thought , this is not helping our incomplete meal tonight. I paid 23.95 for my family to have dinner and we had things we did not order. We had incomplete meals. Today I called the store number 5 times to see if I could speak to the store manager and no one is answering. I would never recommend this location. From now on I will use the stroudsburg, location and hope for complete meals. I will always check my bag before I leave,...
