I had an uncomfortable experience at this location today that raised serious concerns about customer service and food handling.
When I pulled up to the speaker, no one responded for 15–30 seconds, so I eventually moved forward to the window. The employee opened the window and said, “Can I help you with something?” in a tone that felt passive-aggressive and confrontational.
I responded politely and placed a simple order — a large fry and a diet soda (Coke or Pepsi Zero). She gave me the total, and I paid. My drink was handed to me filled to the brim with ice — far more than normal — which felt dismissive and petty.
She then said, very chipper all of a sudden, “The fries are cold, but we’re making new ones. I promise it won’t take more than a few minutes!” I told her I would take the cold ones because I was in a hurry. She confirmed — “The cold ones?” — and I said yes.
Despite that, she walked away and didn’t return for about five minutes. When she came back, the fries were clearly hot.
I began eating the fries, and most were fine — but one of the last fries had a deeply foul, almost putrid taste and smell. It left me feeling nauseated and disturbed.
I don’t know what caused it — old oil, contamination, or something worse — but between the strange tone, passive-aggressive behavior, and that one repulsive fry, I left feeling uneasy and shaken.
I won’t be returning to this location. I hope management takes this seriously and evaluates staff training, communication, and food...

Read moreThis place has seemingly improved quite a bit, not sure if there is new staff or management but my order was quick and the chicken was not greasy or oily. The burritos are packed tight and is pretty typical Taco Bell quality. One big complaint is that the Baja Blast here never has enough syrup so it's just barely mountain dew tasting seltzer. On the contrary the Mountain Dew Sweet Lightning has way too much syrup and is really overwhelming. That and the inside is a little messy but I usually just go through the drive thru.
