Terrible service and will not be ordering from JJ in Cheyenne again. After 30 min the order was acknowledged as being received but no further updates were provided so I called the store. JJ employee said it was out for delivery and would be arriving any minute. A few minutes later I got a link to the Uber driver whom just got the order. Certainly not freaky fast, but I’m patient, even when being lied to.
30 min later, over one hour after order confirmation, JJ tracker says it’s been delivered but Uber tracker says the driver is still sitting nowhere near the store. Location on Uber tracker has not moved since link was sent. So I called the store again. Employee again tells me it will be there any minute but won’t say when it was sent out. I didn’t appreciate her tone or manner of speaking to me after waiting over an hour with nothing more than lip service and so I asked for a refund. Employee said sure and hung up on me.
I immediately called back and asked to speak with a manager. Erin answered and suggested I resubmit the order and/or offered a refund. I declined to reorder my lunch which might have arrived by dinner and felt so disrespected by being lied to and hung up on that I will not be ordering here again. The staff clearly doesn’t want to be there or provide decent customer service. When I asked the manager about a refund she said I’ll get it in the next week or so to which I insisted she process my refund immediately. Erin said maybe in the next day or two I could expect it… Used to be a go-to for me when on the go or limited in time, but this place is slipping badly with the current staff.
Just make the sandwich yourself, it’ll be faster even if you still have to get the ingredients at the...
Read moreThis is one of the BEST Jimmy John’s in the country for 3 main reasons. 1: consider the size of the town and limited people that are able to work at one time, STILL are nicer, faster, and overall more consistent compared to similar sandwich shops and EVEN major fast food places in town (the local Taco Bell’s are INABLE to want to take inshop orders to prioritize drive thru) 2: despite mess ups that do happen (no one is perfect and accidents happen) they are able to handle it in a professional manor. IF PEOPLE LEAVE A BAD REVIEW ON THIS STORE… 90% OF THE TIME ITS BECAUSE THEY CANT HANDLE THEIR OWN ACCOUNTABILITY FROM A MISTAKE THEY MADE. Refunds, free sub cards, and overall friendly service are the reasons why people keep coming back and why I will CONTINUE to eat here! 3: The staff is constantly changing, but the upper management has stayed the same and has been able to train well rounded employees and keep the store consistent, even if they are short staffed or slammed from multiple orders.
To conclude, this is one of the best choices to eat at in town because of overall speediness compared to other food chains, the respectful and polite staff able to solve issues even if it was the customers inability to realize that that everyone makes mistakes, and finally the most consistent and enthusiastic place to eat a sandwich at on any day of the week and any time. I hope you consider giving them a try, and thank you for reading this far. Love...
Read moreThere delivery is only 3 square miles just so everyone is aware. Only thing I don't like about them aside from delivery range is the hours of operation I work nights and I hate most fast food such as mcds, wendys taco Bell ect...I went to this location just last night sat at the drive thru for about 5-10 mins all the lights were on outside the store 2 guys working inside and I waited just for them to tell me they were closed last time I checked most places that are closed shouldn't have the signs lite up. I was very disappointed since I go to work at 11 and I was running late as it was then for them to make me wait to hear there closed I ended up going to work hungry I can understand 10pm being a closing time but I also think during summer more people should extend hours considering there are more people out later in the summer due to nicer weather but even mcds stays open till midnight most the time I just find greasy fast food disgusting and only eat it on rare occasions not saying Jimmy John's is 100% healthy but when you need a quick bite it's a hell of a lot better than most the garbage they offer in this town being a truck driver there's not to many options for me that are healthy truck stops serve nothing but garbage and all the healthier options are over priced and have offal...
