Where to begin...the store is openly hiring workers...there is a sign in the window, and it's apparent from the moment you enter. No hot and ready pizzas in the rack. One lady waiting an untold amount of time for a single pizza. A total of 2 employees working counter and cooking. I ordered, was told 7 mins. More like 20. But I understood what I was getting into. So I went with it. Got my pizza, got home. Dug in. Opened crazy bread bag. You call this crazy bread? It was crazy alright. A few half cooked pieces of something resembling bread. Flat, some charring going on. Seems like from a dirty oven maybe. And then the classic cheese was a let down. Hardly any cheese, but even more, the crust was very different than any LC pizza crust I've had before. It did not have same consistency and quality I've had before. My gut tells me quality control went out the window long ago. It was disappointing, considering the price of a classic cheese is up to $8.99 and crazy bread is $4.99. Not the LC experience I remember. To cap it all off, the store is dirty. The floor looks like it hasn't been cleaned in some time. Staff were not using gloves to prepare food. One can only assume based on conditions that staff were not washing hands either 𤎠Will not be...
Read moreI don't know what has happened with Little Caesars over the last couple of years but it has definitely gone downhill. I stopped in to get a pizza and stuffed crazy breads last night and was told it would take about 15 minutes. I was okay with that since everything was going to be made fresh. Well, my 15 minutes turned into 45 minutes. Supposedly I was waiting on my stuffed crazy breads. I saw them put four bags of the stuffed crazy breads into the warmer and asked, "what about those?" I was informed that those were for "pick up orders". I was baffled because at that point I had been waiting for 30 minutes. By the time I finally received my order there were still three bags in the warmer waiting to be picked up. They easily could have given me one of those and replaced it when the others were finished. I probably will not return to the Del Range location again. I will try the South Greeley location next time and hopefully have a better experience. I really do like Little Caesars. But if this continues to happen there are plenty of other places in town to...
Read moreDecent food. The price was acceptable for the quality, but only when I purchased with a coupon. Otherwise go elsewhere, there are better pizza restaurants for the same price. I got a pepperoni pizza, crazy bread and two liter for under $12 with tax with a meal deal coupon I found online just by googling little Caesars coupons. Regular price was something like $14.xx for just the pizza. No thanks⌠This wouldâve been an average 3 star experience less the employees. The young man who I believe was the manager was understaffed and had been working everyday that week. He was tired but he had a great attitude. My order was accidentally given away to the another person and he immediately took accountability and offered to remake it for me. I asked which pizzas were ready so I wouldnât have to wait longer and he offered me a better pizza at the the price I paid for the inconvenience. Nice guy and he had young employees working there. He made it right had a great attitude and was solution oriented. He made this a 4 star...
