Terrible customer service. The store closed when I realized that I left my car keys in the store. Me and my 12 year old daughter waved down an employee at the window they saw us but never came to the door, I totally understand this part because we could have been crazy people. When they all left for the night (about 8 employees) my daughter and I met them at the door. I explained what happened. All I got was a “we checked all the carts...we open back up in the morning.” And another said “can you call an Uber?” and this one particular lady was the lady who just rung us up! Though I wish I could have went in and took a quick look...I understand policy and that may not be allowed. BUT at the very least take my name and number down...they could have offered something and not just advice on calling an Uber! My car stayed over night. I love this store but yesterday was not a good experience I was pretty much followed around and acted liked I was gonna steal which was pretty insulting and rude considering I had just gotten paid and I was really excited to spend some of my paycheck there. I'm not sure why I kept getting stared at and watched the whole time I was shopping and it made me feel really uncomfortable. Consistently good service by people who seem to want to work there! I generally go in there for one thing and leave with several other things that I didn't expect to find and didn't even know that I needed until I saw it! Ugly I don't look at the clothing that much although I have heard from other people that that's their go to shopping place when they need something to wear. I prefer browsing through the housewares and the sort of exotic for Wyoming food and gourmet spices and sauces. Until we get a trader Joe's in Cheyenne this will have to...
