We walked into this taco bell for a take out order. The guy was having some difficulties taking our order as he said he was brand new. I told him could you get somebody else to take our order as we were in a hurry on this day. No problems at all. He got a girl working there to take our order. The girl prepared our order just fine. I told the new guy he should watch her since she knew exactly what tp do. She started to set our bagged food on the stainless steal part of the front counter. I grabbed the bag to stop her pointing out there was several large spots of what looked like colored liquid right where she was about to sit the bags. It seemed that she did not notice the liquid spots on the stainless steal. No problem so far. She did a good job with our order.
A black dude who claimed he was assistant manager took one of our bags of food and slid across the wet surface of the stainless steal. I told him he just got our bag wet could I have a new bag. He started really getting mad and raised his voice to us. He tossed a couple of bags on the stainless steal in a forceful manner as though it was a major problem. He then started calling us childish and some other slurs I could not hear because of the other noises in the restaurant. He continued verbally hammering on us over and over and over. He also said if we want Taco Bell go to the one on Lincolnway. He told us multiple times never come in his store again. He also continued asking when our apple empenadas were coming up so he could escort us out of the store. He was so mad he took some stainless steal pans and through them half way across the store. They sounded like they hit other metal objects. This individual was acting a very aggressive and threatening manner towards my son and I told my son maybe we should call the police. BTW, my 17 year old son witnessed the entire event and will stand by what I said happened.
He was wearing an order taking headset. If you record that I would request Taco Bell executives to listen to it. Also if you record every inch of the store I would say follow your videos from yesterday at dinner time. We had been waiting for for our two apple empanadas for 15 or 20 minutes. We got tired of waiting so we left even though we paid for them. We did go to the other store and they gave us the apple empanadas for our troubles. I also explained the situation to the manager over there.
All we wanted was a new bag to put the food in since the one he slid across the wet area was now dirty. He definitely had a BAD attitude while working in an industry with people. Maybe he should consider working elsewhere. He was rude and constantly riding us calling us names and insulting while we waited for the final parts of order. Hey Taco Bell. you got exactly what you paid for with your low ball wages. A bad emplyee who takes out his bad day on a customer. VERY BAD taco bell!
I have noticed the employees at all of the fast food chains are getting worse and worse and worse all of the time. It seems like a hit or miss about half the time you get rude employees with bad attitudes towards customers and lots of mistakes in your order. Many of the times when you call those bad employees on a mistake in your order they will get nasty even threatening in many cases. The fast food industry has gone down hill in my opinion. I find it very disgusting. I try to avoid them anymore. Taco Bell on Dell Range is a VERY VERY BAD place! VERY...
Read moreWent through the drive thru, at first communication through the intercom was courteous, then after the first of three meals ordered, the female on the other end was becoming rude each addition to the order. The window attendant was kind and we received our "sealed" bag of food. Upon checking the bag, we were missing half of 2 orders, and never recieved a receipt. I turned my vehicle around, returned to the store, and entered the building. I explained to the cashier the issue and that I never received a receipt, she checked a number of receipts next to her, told the line cooks to fix a meal and I waited. While waiting, the person next in line asked about receipts and the cashier spoke curtly to her about the "broken" machine for receipts after just fixing it yesterday. I assumed they knew each other since the cashier knew the person's order before she ordered. I received the missing food and went home. After getting home the #6 Chalupas were chicken and not the beef ordered, the burrito Supreme was half a normal size, all dorritos locos taco supremes from the #8 were broken and missing the supreme ingredients; and all items were wrapped so loosely there were toppings in the bottom of the bags. Taco Bell doesn't have the greatest standard of service, but seriously! That is the worst I have ever had to deal with. Not going back to this...

The manager was nice and professional but marie was the worst person i have ever dealt with that works in customer service. Thanks marie you really ruined taco...
