McDonald's — Restaurant in Cheyenne

This was by far the worst experience I have ever had at any McDonald’s. After pulling into the drive-through in the double lanes, two cars that came after me had their order taken first and were put in front of me. When I asked the gentleman for two of the two for three dollar chicken biscuits, he said he only had one and to let them know when I pull up at the window that I needed another. I did so, and when I got to the window they still did not even have it right. I told them that I had ordered two of the two for three dollars, and the lady simply told me no you didn’t, and you didn’t get charged for it. So at this point I had asked two different people for a very simple two sandwiches, and they still couldn’t get it right. The lady at the window was somewhat flustered and told me no you only got charged for one. I don’t care, I will pay for two. That’s what I ordered and wanted. Long story short she looked at me and said pull forward and sit over there and we will figure it out. Unfortunately no he will not figure it out. Myself, my son, and a friend ordered food. The first employee took our money and then went to get the cups for the drinks. She handed the cups to us after having handling the cash, by putting the palm of her hand and fingers on top and inside the cups where people will put their mouths. I said to her, “You shouldn’t handle cash and then put your hands on top of the cup where people drink. I then asked for new cups. She would not give them to me, but instead, walked around the counter to my friend and gave the cups to him. My friend realized the girl was not acting professionally and he asked her for his money back. She would not give him his money back and we had not received our food yet. Then Macey came forward and we explained the issue. Macey became violent, screaming at us and accusing us of yelling at the first employee. We asked for our money back again but Macey continued yelling and threw a cup at my face, which landed on the floor. Macey then threatened to call the police. Then the General Manager, Jessica, came forward and gave us our money back. The general manager apologized and we told her we understood she was the only one acting responsibly. We then left...

i used to work there. kitchen is clean, but here is what wrong with the. you get tiny amounts of food for outrageous prices the burgers quality is low. tastes like meat loaf the front staff while smiling is not very friendly or warm they are super over priced for what you get their lobby service is so slow

in other words got to burger king or Wendy's if you want good deals and way better tasting food. over $3.50 for a mcdouble? they use what is called 10 to 1 which is 10 burgers UNCOOKED to one pound of beef. McDonald's used to be good and taste great, now your burgers taste like meatloaf. McDonalds used to be a warm friendly place now none of the staff smile. Its one of the reasons I left. don't waste your money on Woke garbage food.

please mcdonalds, do better. i don't buy your stuff anymore. the value is not there.
