7 Brew Coffee — Restaurant in Cheyenne

Let’s start off with the drinks are always amazing and there is a small few that have a bubbly personality in are very professional, but sadly the ones that are extremely negative and visibly showing that they talk poorly about their coworkers in front of customers just ruin the whole experience. This morning around 6:00 am there were 3 workers. Two inside and one outside, not only did you see the dirty looks but you also could tell they were not happy to be working with the one outside, mind you the one outside, is always professional and talking to the customer. the one with the blonde slick back ponytail with a braid in her hair this morning you could tell not only was she talking poorly about one of the workers while the worker was outside, but then when the worker went inside to go get the drinks that were made because they didn’t wanna bring them outside They were talking poorly about her then and then continue to talk badly about her when she came back out to hand me my drinks. I’ve always loved coming to 7 brew but today that changed. A girl with freckles and reddish hair was extremely rude. I tried to show her what drink I wanted and she rolled her eyes at me. Then I got my drinks and realized they were wrong and when I tried to tell her that she was already walking away. I came back around to another lane a nice gentleman helped me fix the problem. I’ve had the same problem with the same girl multiple times but I understand people have bad days. Now that this is an ongoing issue I don’t think I will be returning to the establishment. It makes me sad to say being this was my favorite coffee shop in town. I hope this review helps bring notice to this ongoing issue and its importance to the environment. I went to try 7brew for the first time , it was the middle of the school day, so naturally there was only one car in a line when I got there. So I get in the second line(to pick the shortest line), I already know what I want so I pull up to the white stop line . I am waiting patiently for someone to come to my window. I wait 10min and not any of the six people working acknowledged me, even with making eye contact with me . I know they were still serving because two other orders were taken, one of which arrived wayyy after me. So I was being ignored and started to get frustrated so I left.
