Taco John's — Restaurant in Cheyenne

I totally made a mistake and chose wrong location for order pick up. At the speaker and the lady (older with short hair) said she didn’t have an order for me. I told her I paid and have a confirmation number. All she said was she didn’t have an oder and there was nothing on her screen. I said ok I can drive up to the window and show her the confirmation. She audibly scoffed at me. I thought “that was kind of rude but that’s ok we’ll figure it out” I get to the window and she took a few minutes to open the window. She again said there was no order so I showed her my phone and she noticed and rudely said “but that’s the Pershing location” and gave me a very irritated look and said “have a good day” in a very rude tone. I totally made an honest mistake and I will totally own that. I wasn’t rude at all, more confused. Maybe she was having a bad day but it sure made me feel bad. So ma’am, I really hope you read this. I really wanted to give my meal and experience 5 stars. but i Just couldnt. I had recently seen the commercials for the new 5,10, and 20 chicken tenders. My hotel room has a relatively small television, and I remember seeing the tenders for the first time and saying "wow" that is a good deal, even for the 5 piece.

NO.

I got the 10 piece thinking it would afford me dinner AND lunch for the next day. HELL no! These tenders are super tiny! Not only that, but they were kind of dried out (though i did stop by on a sunday at 130pm)....either way..something so new should not be feeling like you got vambummeled.

You want good chicken tenders? DONT GO HERE. +++cant speak for other food they sell here.

Plus one star for....well the service was ridiculous slow....10 minutes ata drive through.....but the cashier/drive thru lady was nice...

This place is disgusting. Worst restaurant in Cheyenne. We got breakfast burritos here once and one was full of nail clippings. This could not have been an accident, but both the store managers and the cooperate office refused to take any action to find out why this happened or to prevent future incidents. That was enough to deter me from returning. And I thought this might be an isolated incident, but after a family member posted about it on Facebook, I learned from others that issues of intentional food tampering is common here. This indicates poor management and poor employee moral. I recommend that nobody eat here unless the company shows some serious improvement. You are really rolling the dice...
