if I could give this place a negative amount of stars, I would do so with my eyes closed. this was the worst experience I have ever had, anywhere in my whole life. I was waiting for my sandwich, fries & drink after I ordered with a rude worker but that isn’t even the worst of it. I waited for at least 25 minutes before receiving my food. I was then waiting for my drink when I see that the worker, an African American woman was being so disrespectful to an Asian woman who didn’t seem like she knew much English. the worker yelled at her the whole time asking her what drink she ordered & the lady told her a lemonade and then she asked in such a rude way what size it was and the lady didn’t understand for what I saw & didn’t know what to say so the worker got annoyed and waved her off like a fly & told her that if she didn’t know, she didn’t order & yelled at her to go wait for her food elsewhere & made it clear to get out of her way. do you know how degrading that was? how racist & disrespectful? i didnt want to get involved to cause a bigger scene and I regret not doing so. it was then my turn to get my soda & although she saw me watch that scenario, she rolled her eyes at me and asked what I ordered & she gave me my drink so rudely & she started yelling about how she didn’t want to be there and that everybody was annoying. i i hadn’t seen the way she treated the woman before me, i would have thought she was having a bad day but I cannot even tell you how much I was upset. she gave me my drink and I said thank you very much & she had the audacity to roll her eyes at me & said something in a low voice before I went to sit and had a panic attack. I cried my eyes out for a good fifteen minutes at the least. I was so disgusted to even eat the food there and decided to go buy from McDonald’s. how can you employ workers that don’t want to do their job? why even work if you’re going to ruin everybody else’s day? what was bad enough was that none of the employees had name tags, most likely because the managing team knows who they employed. I will always be scarred by what I saw and the way I was treated, like she was better than any of the customers. I wished I wasn’t even visiting Navy Pier that day. I’m so disgusted. I told all of my friends and contacts abt this experience and am making sure nobody gets bad & even overpriced food from...

If it were possible to give this place a negative star I would. Waited over 20 minutes for a soda. Was over charged. Cashier tried to argue why she over charged. Was so rude. FINALLY refunded. (Hopefully they "said" they put it back in our card. We shall see.) However when Asked about the large soda we ordered we were told to step aside and wait for our order. (Keeping in mind we had been waiting near 20 minutes at this point) we stepped aside. Knowing that the soda machine down where our order was to be picked up wasn't going to be useful as the other employee already informed us to go down to the cash resister and get our soda (where we were sent away after she was mad that she over charged us) FINALLY I HAD ENOUGH OF BEING IGNORED! Went up to ask about the soda and every employee ignored me AGAIN until I finally asked why we had to wait 20 minutes for a Large soda. The entire customer service of this establishment in Navy Pier makes it completely NOT worth the wait for the food! Management should think about some customer service training for their employees or hire people who actually like working there, who enjoy people and who their job! I have never been to an establishment with worse customer service! Will NEVER EVER BE RETURNING and I will be telling all of my friends and contacts about this HORRIBLE experience!! Epic fail! And my husbands food came out nearly 30 minutes after mine (even though thEy told him 15 min wait) So I was finished when he got his and that was fun too.

I literally can’t believe the rudeness of the employees. The way when I finally got my soda it was slammed down like I was an issue asking for that soda. Just beyond perplexed that anyone could act that way...

I wish I could give zero stars! First, the mixed girl who took my order was rude and seemed impatient while I was deciding my order. Then I asked for my meals BOTH to be made meals, and it wasn't until AFTER I paid and went to sit down that I realized I only got one drink. So I then walk my happy behind up to the counter to ask for my other drink. The girl asks for my receipt as if she didn't believe me that I ordered a combo. I show it to her and she says "no"!....with no explanation. I looked at my receipt again and she only rang up one combo. I told her well there should have been two combos. She got an attitude AGAIN and said "we can't make a 3 piece a combo!" We'll guess what?!?! It would've been nice to know before I paid and sat down! & not to mention they all just stand at the counter pointing and talking about people as they walk by. By far the rudest I've ever been treated at any place on the pier... & I thought mcdonalds employees were bad. Don't eat here, the fries are over cooked...
