Another ✅ checked off my list! I’d been wanting to try this place, and I wasn’t disappointed. While dining in would be ideal if you’re nearby, I opted for takeout and was delighted. I was that hungry and ready for a feast—I had a chicken Philly with fries, a steak taco, and a Reuben sandwich. Yes, I went all out! All the food was fantastic, and despite ordering in the afternoon, nothing tasted greasy at all. The fries were perfectly crispy and came without added salt, just like I requested. It’s always nice when places pay attention to those little details. The chicken Philly was packed with flavor, loaded with spices that hit all the right notes. The taco was surprisingly chunky and filling, especially for the price, and the Reuben was tangy, buttery, and had all the classic toppings. I almost devoured everything in one sitting but managed to save a bit for later. Overall, everything was so fresh without that heavy, greasy aftertaste—a rare find for fast food. Can’t wait to come back, Dog House!

I knew that a Chicago Dog or Italian-style dog was going to be a must have for me on my trip. I decided to come here for a late night bite and found the store was mostly empty. I got an Italian Dog with a side of fries and was satisfied with my order. The Italian Dog was new to me, but had a nice flavor. The meat was cooked well and felt like quality meat. The pickle garnishments were a nice touch and added crunch. I didn't even add condiments to my dog and enjoyed it. The fries were nice, thick steak fries with crunch. Overall, the restaurant was very clean and service was good. It did not take long to get my order. For the price point of $5 a dog, it's okay for the value. This is a good place to stop by for a quick bite at night or to get some hot dogs.

We went here last week during the Arts Festival, it is a cozy little restaurant, very clean and the staff was very attentive and friendly. We the Chicago dog, which contained pickles, onions, bell peppers, some kind of chili pepper and tomatoes, at first site, it was intimidating however after the first bite I was hooked. The flavors complimented each other so well. The poppy seed bun added to the marvelous taste of this Chicago dog which exploded the mouth senses. We chose the meal with 2 dogs, fries and a drink which was reasonably priced. I suggest you venture out to find this gem of a Chicago dog house and experience it first hand. You will not be disappointed.

I order two tacos last night 1/04/2022 over the phone, for about 10 dollars, trying to surprise my boyfriend with chicken tacos for the first time, after about 5 minutes prior into ordering I came into the restaurant, before I even purchased my order I greeted the blone hair heavy set lady NO MASK #1 “Hey I order two chicken tacos over the phone, sorry I will like to just purchase one though” she then REPLIES rudely “NO! You order two tacos that’s what you have to get,you can’t do that, you gotta get two tacos”, so now at this point I’m very confused on to why She’s talking so angry and aggressive, & why I can’t just purchase one chicken taco, instead… so I tell her like, well I don’t want two tacos anymore, I only want one, this is for boyfriend & this is his first time trying it, I just want to purchase one, she begins to Continue to be rude, angry, aggressive, & demanding on what she stated to a customer is the FINAL say, her saying again…SAID “YOU ORDER TWO THATS WHAT YOU HAVE TO PAY FOR” so now at this point after having a long Great day, my night is completely ruined, at This point I’m angry, disgusted & disappointed, because all you had to do was say “you want to change that to one chicken taco? NO PROBLEM..SIMPLE. No she argued with me on to why I can’t purchase one taco, I called a friend of mines in to come in & get my taco for me,to avoid the disgust I was gaining off this awful experience, once my acquaintance approached the scene I immediately approached her to get my taco from the blonde set lady, because this is RUDE,unprofessional, DISRESPECTFUL, & disgusted on the way I was treated! She payed for my taco & the lady was still YAPPING off at the mouth, I told her to “SHUT THE HELL UP, IM CUSTOMER, SHUT THE HELL UP” I began to walk out & stopped & check my taco,I proceeded & I hear “Ignorant bitch” I must have came & called her everything I could think of!!! With the sanitizer included!!!!NEVERRR in a million YEARS I will EAT FROM THIS PLACE AGAIN!!! & I recommend you not to!!! You can get SERVICE & GREAT FOOD somewhere ELSE. But this place not...

I was the only customer when I came in. The cashier was sitting down playing on his phone. I had to greet him twice before he acknowledged me. I ordered the 1/3 cheesebuger meal. As I sat down, I noticed all the tables had crumbs on them. When my food was ready, I picked it up from the counter and noticed that A) the beef patty was WAY smaller than 1/3lb. and B) noticeably burned.

I tried to salvage the burger with some ketchup, but as I opened it I saw the lettuce leaf was completely white. It looked like a piece of toilet paper. I placed it on a napkin, approached the counter, displayed the toilet paper lettuce, and asked if they had any green lettuce. A panel discussion between employees ensued. After enough time for the burned burger and once-frozen fries to get cold, I was offered a few leaves of somewhat greenish lettuce.

I see that this establishment is open until 3 AM. That implies they cater to drunks (it is on a bar street). That's good. I feel sorry for any sober customer who dares to...
