Dunkin' — Restaurant in Chicago

I work close by so I go to this location all the time, but I’m fed up with almost all my orders being wrong. I just placed an order online today 10 minutes before going in which was a cold brew. I got in an received an iced coffee and once I told them that it was supposed to be a cold brew with cold foam all they did was take the normal lid off barely put cold foam on it and swapped the lip. I don’t know what I have to do as a customer to receive the order I placed as it was written on their own papers and stickers that went on the cup it’s self. All of their workers including their store manager need more training. I’ve brought an issue up that they messed up another order of mine a while ago and he ignored me and walked away. The two young ladies that was working that day were very unprofessional, I had my kids with me while they were cursing up a storm behind the counter, not only was the inappropriate but they had a group of their friends they were giving free breakfast too I asked the young lady with the short hair her name she then stated for me to mind my own business and watch my kids while she said that the taller one told me if I don’t like it to leave the store so I did. just PAID for my food and left with my kids .people like this do not deserve the opportunity to engage with people thank you dukin donuts for you horrible customer service PLEASE DO NOT VISIT THIS...

This location went completely down the hill this past month , all of the new employees have no idea what they’re doing, have zero training and lack of common sense (people order almond milk for a reason/ no it’s not ok to hand out dripping cup covered in syrup/you should not fill the cup all the way to the top so it wont be spilling in the car through the holes in the lid/ working barefoot is an extreme violation of the health code etc. Whoever is in charge of this store needs...
