I’ve been a devoted weekly customer at this Subway location for over 10 years. What kept me coming back was the consistently friendly, efficient staff (they truly feel like family!) and the fresh, tasty sandwiches I relied on. Unfortunately, while the staff remains exceptional, the food quality has declined dramatically over the past year or so, forcing me to share this feedback.
👍 The Positives (Staff Excellence): The team is outstanding: Always welcoming, quick, and attentive. They remember regulars’ orders and go the extra mile with service. Cleanliness & Atmosphere: The store is consistently well-maintained and inviting. Consistency in Service: Despite any challenges, the staff’s attitude never wavers—they’re a credit to the business.
👎 The Concerns (Food Quality Decline): Ingredient Freshness: Vegetables (lettuce, tomatoes, onions) often appear wilted, dry, or sparingly portioned. Bread Issues: Bread is frequently stale, overly chewy, or inconsistently toasted (sometimes rock-hard, sometimes underdone). Meat/Protein Quality: Meat portions feel thinner, and options like chicken or steak often taste reheated to the point of rubberiness. Overall Flavor: Sandwiches now lack the "fresh" taste they once had. Flavors feel muted, and combinations I used to love now taste bland or low-quality. Inconsistency: Quality varies drastically day-to-day—sometimes acceptable, often disappointing.
💬 Final Thoughts & Plea to Ownership: This feedback comes from a place of genuine care. I have zero complaints about the staff—they’re phenomenal and deserve recognition. But as a long-time customer, I can’t ignore the sinking food standards. Ownership/Management: Please reinvest in ingredient quality, training, and supplier checks. Whatever cost-cutting impacted freshness needs reversal. I want to keep supporting this location, but lately, I leave feeling underwhelmed.

I ordered via the app, picked it up...and went home, which is far away from the location. Upon getting home the sub was completely incorrect so I contacted the store...a very rude man yelled at me for 10 minutes that he wouldn't do anything unless I returned it...I explained I don't live near the store and he just screamed more. Yes. We are talking about a 12 dollar sub, not 50 dollars...but the point is it was made incorrectly and rather than retify it, offer a 50 percent refund, or anything, this manager screamed at me over and over...rude and unprofessional.
