TERRIBLE SERVICE! I will absolutely not return. If you read nothing further, just take this lesson from my experience: this place is not worth visiting and will likely ruin your day. I went here with a friend and my brothee who share my fondness of sushi. I was very happy to have a chance to try a sushi burrito. I ordered a salmon sushi burrito and my friend and brother ordered theirs. All was well. When our food arrived I immediately noticed a crab stick sticking out of my sushi burrito. I'm alergic to shellfish and not greatly effected by cross-contamination, but I have rather severe reactions to actual consumption of shellfish flesh. I said outlood, "I cannot eat this. I am allergic to shellfish." Our waiter surely heard me as he was standing just inches from me, yet he immediately walked away as if to avoid dealing with the situation. He proceeded to clean tables and avoid eye contact with anyone at my table. I had to call to him to get him to come back. I again stated that I have an allergy to shellfish. I also stated that the MENU DOES NOT STATE THAT THERE'S CRAB IN THE SUSHI BURRITO. His response was that most people ask what's in the burrito before ordering. WHEN I ORDER A SALMON SUSHI IT'S JUST SALMON SUSHI RIGHT? WHY WOULD ORDERING A SALMON SUSHI BURRITO BE ANY DIFFERENT? Please note here that the waiter never asked if we wanted everything in the sushi burrito or anything similar as to imply that it's anything more than a large sushi roll. Next, I simply stated that all I wanted was to have the food replaced then with a new sushi burrito not containing shellfish. The response I got put me threw the roof:"(waiter sighs and rolls his eyes) Ok. Fine." And then he took a plate from the table behind him and dropped it in front of me to have me place the Sushi Burrito on it. IT CONTAINS SHELLFISH WHICH I STATED I'M ALERGIC TO AND NOW HE WANTS ME TO TOUCH IT!? It wasn't the words but the rude disposition and actionsof the waiter that drove me insane. After practically throwing the sushi burrito on the plate I demanded refused to have h serve me anything else. He then had the nerve to try to come to my table again. I demanded a manager and was told the manager was gone at the time. So I asked who was in charge and the cook, waiter and another employee all looked at me dumbfound. This place not only has terrible service, but clearly has no management structure in place to handle customer satisfaction issues and coach employees. I WILL NOT BE BACK AND I WILL CONTINUE TO SPREAD WORD OF HOW TERRIBLE THE SERVICE IS...
Read moreAs a business owner, I hate to write bad reviews. But I hope this gets fixed. The staff here is so incredibly rude, it's unbelievable. On Tuesday February 21st, I walk in at 9:13pm knowing they close at 9:30pm and ask if the kitchen is still open. The young lady at the counter gives me an annoyed look and says "sure, I guess." I feel bad but there were other guests in the dining room so I order a sushi burrito. While waiting, she tells me they're out of crab salad which I think it would have been nice to know before ordering but ok, whatever no big deal. I get my food quickly and sit down to eat. She tells me "to go only" and I ask her I'm waiting for my ride, is it ok that I eat it quickly while I wait? She rolls her eyes and says "quickly, I guess." I was so appalled that I left and ate it outside.
I come here often and rude service is such a turn off that they've lost a customer. I'll go to Aloha for a bowl...
Read moreGiving this place 2 stars because of the horrible customer service! Young lady taking orders was very rude, not only to me but other customers that walked in after me. A gentleman started giving his order to another employee there and she yelled at him to stop & that when she was ready she would take his order. She then walked over took his order, in the middle of taking his order she picked up her cell phone & started yelling at who ever called her. The restaurant phone rang about 3 times and because she was on the phone she picked up & hang up each time. Will definitely not be...
