Burrito Beach: A Flavor Fiesta You Can’t Miss!

Let me just say, Burrito Beach at North Avenue is an absolute gem! I’ve always loved their catering (perfect for even my small gatherings), but going in-person? That’s where the magic happens! The moment you step through the door, you’re greeted by a whirlwind of smiles from the most welcoming staff you could ask for. These folks are not just friendly—they’re practically beaming with positivity, and you can feel the good vibes as soon as you walk in!

Now, let’s talk food. My personal favorite is the Mexican Paella, and oh my goodness—it’s like a flavor explosion on your taste buds! We’re talking chorizo, shrimp, chicken, and vegetables coming together in perfect harmony. It’s rich, hearty, and absolutely bursting with fresh flavors. I could eat it every day and never get tired of it.

The space is spotless, the tables are well-spaced, and here’s something you don’t find everywhere: great acoustics! No shouting over noise here—the sound absorption is fantastic, making it the perfect spot to enjoy a meal without all the background clatter. Plus, parking? No problem! There’s plenty, which makes getting there a breeze.

If I had to give one teensy piece of feedback, it’s that you can’t order catering in person—you’ve got to do it online. I mean, come on, Burrito Beach! You’re missing out on an opportunity there! But honestly, that’s a small thing in the grand scheme of how amazing this place is.

Bottom line: Burrito Beach is a 10/10 every single time. Whether you’re grabbing a quick bite or looking to cater an event, they never disappoint. It’s well worth your...

Treated myself to a little solo lunch date at Burrito Beach and it did not disappoint! I expected a Chipotle-style vibe based on the setup, but it was honestly way better. The staff was super friendly and attentive—even after I sat down and kept asking for things (extra side of queso, where the restroom was, water, etc.). They didn’t miss a beat!

When they brought out the queso freshly made—it was next level good. Mid-bite, I slipped a $2 tip into the jar and kind of scurried off, but I think the way I did it might’ve come off weird 😅 (like maybe they thought I took something instead??). To clear that up and because I don’t tip for attention or praise, I reached back in my purse, gathered every coin I had, and dropped that in too.

That’s when I heard a warm “thank you!” and a few of them looked over. I told them that was all the cash I had and that the food was amazing—and one of them smiled and said, “Please do [come back]!”

There may’ve been a small language barrier, but the vibe was all love. Left a Google review to shout out the service and the food because it really was that good. I’ll...

It's been two times getting food from there . My food taste a little bit like charcoal . I was standing in front the girl who was cooking at the grill table and seem like the grill is not cleaned enough to remove the black burning sauces, so the girl keeps cooking over the black charcoal that is building during the whole day shift, which turns the food unhealthy and seem not hot enough when they serve them.. I asked one of the girl that the grill has to be cleaned periodically after finishing cooking an order or move the items to the cleaned spot..but not clean spot left cause the whole completely grill turned completely black... The girl said to me that the grill will be completely at the end of the shift ...I said not way Jose !! My food had debris from the scratching spatula over the grill... Hope this will change..otherwise, I move...

The restaurant has free parking and also an outside area to eat. The interior is fresh and welcoming with simple decor. They have chairs as well as stools to sit, The service was great because the three people who helped were good. The food was good, a little salty for me, but then again, that's mostly me. There is no table service here. You order your food, pay for it, and take it to your table to enjoy. Once you're finished with your food, you can throw away your food and put away the tray. They do offer a couple of alcoholic drinks and non too, no horchata water, but jarrito was my choice. The music in the background is in English, and I think it was light rock. Overall, it was a nice experience, and I'll come and try something else.

If you want super quick fresh tacos or burritos Burrito Beach is the spot to go. In my opinion, much much better than chipotle. They are always super clean and the staff is amazingly friendly. Especially Amallo at the Clybourn location. As the manager that location he takes a lot of pride and what he does in the food there. he has an incredible special menu of things that you can only get at his location. I included a picture. the burrito magnifico is one of my all-time favorites. Next time you see a Burrito Beach definitely stop on in and next time you’re by the LINKIN PARK Clybourn location definitely give it a try for yourself and say hi 👋 to Amallo
