I recently had the pleasure of dining at Elephant + Vine, a restaurant that offers a variety of vegan and vegetarian options.
Located in the Lincoln Park neighborhood, Elephant + Vine has a bright, cozy, and inviting atmosphere with an industrial plant decor that adds to the overall dining experience. The menu features a variety of vegan and vegetarian dishes, including salads, sandwiches, and entrees.
One of my favorites that I tried was The Buffalo Bowl. This vegan dish features crispy chikn or cauli bites tossed in buffalo sauce, served over a bed of rice, carrots, mixed greens, and topped with avocado and vegan ranch dressing. The delicious combination of flavors and textures in this dish, including the crispy & spicy Buffalo bites combined with creamy ranch sauce made this dish a standout.
Overall, Elephant + Vine is a great restaurant for anyone looking for delicious vegan and vegetarian options in Chicago. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, and the atmosphere is cozy and inviting. If you're in the area, be sure to check out Elephant + Vine for a great...

My small group came here for lunch on a weekday and had a great time. Their menu consists of burgers, salads, wraps, shakes, and more. I was very interested in trying out their Buffalo Chik'n and Korean BBQ Chik'n Burgers ($12 each) since I am still on the search for the best of the best. Both of the sandwiches were delicious with the buffalo being the standout.
We also tried their Cauliflower Wings ($9) which resembled little nuggets that can be dipped in a sweet chili sauce. The batter was not heavy at all and it tasted great with the burgers.
Their milkshakes were also fantastic. I had the Sea Salt Caramel Shake and that is one to satisfy anyone's sweet tooth. It took me a few hours to actually finish it since it was quite thick, but it definitely made it worthwhile.
Would absolutely come back here again the next time I'm in Chicago if I'm feeling for some...
Read moreWe were in Chicago for the day and this place was recommended to us by a staff person from a vintage store we were at way across town and they told us it was worth the drive and they didn’t lie! The food was very fair priced, flavorful and fresh. The restaurant was clean and cozy, with a modern hip vibe but not pretentious and the bathrooms were very clean- also love that the bathrooms were marked “All Genders” as it’s always nice to feel seen and accepted in a public space. I was so happy to have big beautiful windows to look out on the street while we ate but enjoyed the air conditioning on this 97 degree day. The staff were so kind and offered me a bag and take out extras when I asked for a lid for my bowl to take back to our hotel. I highly recommend this place for a fresh and local spot to have lunch. Great bowls and salads! The person next to us was eating a burger and it looked awesome as well. And they have good...
