I ordered my food alittle over 30 minutes before picking it up and still was asked wait additionally for my food to be given to me by the front desk, the person on the podium stepped away to make drinks for a table, but i expected them to bring my order after they were done by then i had already been standing there for 5 minutes, i waited an aditional 10 minutes before asking again they said the other worker was going to bring it, after a while i saw the worker came out and i asked if i can get my order and she brought it out for me, i do apologize for getting a bit furstrated but hangry is a thing and i work 10-12 hours shifts and its my only break time, i understand being busy in a restaurant as a former restaurant worker. But i have time limit due to my job, i was on break, i shouldnt be waiting an additional 15~ minutes for a food order I made at 12:14pm and was told was ready by 12:24pm and got there a little after 1pm. I ordered a head of time since i work in a clinic setting and that was the only chance i had to order food ahead. If there is a time limit to how long you guys can hold food before it being picked up please add a note. Ive ordered from you guys like 3 other times, have been wonderful and fast, and 2 months later, i have a complaint, maybe...

Went here for lunch with a couple of friends. Atmosphere was nice, food... not so much. Very bland. I had a burrito, which I forgot to tell our server I wanted veggies... I did tell her I didn't eat meat or dairy, but neglected to specifically say I wanted a veggie burrito. That was on me. She graciously took the burrito back, and brought another. As stated, very bland. My issue was more so with the way they charged me. My total was 16.77. I left a 10 dollar tip for my servers inconvenience, mostly. Great. 26.77. The pending charge of 16.77 I could see it on my account. The next day, the total amount was withdrawn, 26.77. As someone who has worked for a credit card processor, I'm familiar with how tips work. They're adjusted. Instead, they charged me 26.77 separately from the previous auth, which caused my account to be overdrawn since it isn't an account I keep a lot of funds in. So the total amount was withdrawn, thr pre Auth remained. Instead of them adjusting the tip, I was charged the full amount on top of the pre auth... needless to say, I won't be returning. Our server was the only good thing about my experience here. She was pretty, and nice....

This spot is definitely a hidden gem in the Lakeshore East area downtown Chicago. Unless you go into the little section that it’s located at, you will probably never know it’s there, however, it is by other popular restaurants.

Sad to say there are not a lot of authentically good Mexican options in the downtown area of Chicago. There are a couple that are absolutely terrible, but I won’t even go into mentioning them lol so I can honestly say that this spot is a top Mexican restaurant option in the downtown area.

Everything that I had was good from them, starting from the margaritas to the appetizers. The quesadilla that they make comes made with four different cheeses and which ever four they chose are amazing together! Both of the entrées that we had were good. I tried the flautas and my niece had the was quesabirria and outside of the fact that they both had great flavor, there was so much food on the plate. Definitely worth the price!

Gotta say that this place surprise me and they definitely have a...

For starters there was barely any in the place but I could see it picking up later. The atmosphere is nice and the music is a reggaeton, old school Latin beats mix. The food is decently priced for the atmosphere and area , now to the food

Overall disappointing, could be an off day for the cook or paid reviews??? JK? Happy hour seems to be the time to go. Nice you drink enough anything will taste good. Coming from MY sober tongue. I had Rajas tacos which taste like old potato soup with sour cream on a flour tortilla. The Poblano taco tastes like old veggies with canned mushrooms and cheese which was scarce on a small flour tortilla. (Tiny for sure) Queso is similar to canned cheese ( thick) ! I tried adding the delicious lime salsa on both I couldn’t do it. Can’t go wrong with drinks , salsa, chips, and quesadillas! Service 😒.
