Chicago is full of great pizza, but Rossi’s stands out as something truly special. From the very first bite, you can taste the pride, tradition, and quality that goes into every pie. This isn’t just another pizza spot—it’s a place where the food, service, and atmosphere all come together to create an experience that makes you want to come back again and again. The pizza here is absolutely phenomenal. The crust has that perfect balance—crispy on the outside with just the right amount of chew on the inside. It holds up beautifully under the weight of the toppings without ever getting soggy, which is a true test of great pizza. The sauce is another standout—rich, tangy, and seasoned perfectly. It’s clear they take their time to get it right because it has layers of flavor that set it apart from generic red sauce. And the cheese… gooey, stretchy, and baked to that golden-brown perfection that makes every slice irresistible. What really makes Rossi’s shine, though, are the toppings. Everything is fresh, generous, and thoughtfully balanced. Whether you go for a classic cheese, pepperoni, or one of their specialty pies loaded with meats, veggies, or creative combinations, every ingredient tastes top quality. The pepperoni has that perfect curl and crisp, the sausage is packed with flavor, and the veggies still have their freshness and snap. It’s the kind of pizza where every bite feels like the best bite. Beyond the food, the service at Rossi’s deserves just as much praise. The staff is incredibly friendly, attentive, and genuinely happy to make sure you’re taken care of. Whether you’re dining in, grabbing a quick slice, or ordering for delivery, you always feel like a valued customer. They move fast during busy hours without ever making you feel rushed, which shows just how well they run things here. The atmosphere has that true Chicago neighborhood feel—comfortable, welcoming, and unpretentious. It’s the kind of place where families, friends, and even solo diners all feel equally at home. You can pop in for a casual lunch, bring the kids for dinner, or meet up with friends to share a couple of pies, and it always fits the occasion. What I also love is the consistency. Every time I’ve been to Rossi’s, the pizza has been spot-on. No matter the day or the time, you know exactly what you’re going to get: high-quality pizza made with care. That kind of reliability is rare and speaks volumes about the standards they maintain. In a city that’s known worldwide for its pizza, Rossi’s manages to carve out its own place in the conversation by delivering the perfect mix of tradition and execution. It’s not just good pizza—it’s pizza you’ll crave, pizza you’ll tell friends about, and pizza you’ll keep coming back for. If you’re in Chicago and haven’t been to Rossi’s yet, you’re missing out on one of the city’s best-kept secrets. This is the kind of spot that reminds you why people fall in love with Chicago pizza in the first place.

Rossi’s Bar: A Toast to Chicago’s Craft Beer Scene Nestled in the bustling streets of Chicago, Rossi’s Bar stands as a testament to the city’s vibrant craft beer culture. With its unassuming facade, this dive bar might just be one of the Windy City’s best-kept secrets. Selection: šŸŗšŸŗšŸŗšŸŗšŸŗ The true highlight of Rossi’s is its impressive selection of local and Midwestern beers, both on tap and tucked away in the fridge. Whether you’re a seasoned craft beer aficionado or a curious newcomer, the range of flavors and styles on offer is sure to delight. Vibe: šŸ»šŸ»šŸ»šŸ» Rossi’s exudes a charm that is both welcoming and authentic. The atmosphere strikes a perfect balance between lively and laid-back, making it an ideal spot for after-work drinks or a casual night out with friends. Service: šŸ‘šŸ‘šŸ‘šŸ‘ The staff at Rossi’s are the unsung heroes of the establishment. Their knowledge of the beer selection and readiness to offer recommendations adds a personal touch to the experience. The service is prompt and friendly, ensuring that your glass is never empty for long. Value: šŸ’µšŸ’µšŸ’µšŸ’µ Considering the quality of the drinks and the prime location, Rossi’s offers great value for money. The prices are reasonable, especially given the rarity of some of the beers you’ll find here. Note: šŸ’” Just a heads up for those visiting—Rossi’s is a cash-only bar. While this may be a slight inconvenience for some, it’s a small price to pay for the authentic dive bar experience that awaits inside. Overall: ⭐⭐⭐⭐ In conclusion, Rossi’s Bar is a must-visit for anyone looking to explore Chicago’s craft beer scene. Its combination of selection, ambiance, service, and value earns it a solid 4 out of 5 stars. Next time you’re in Chicago, make sure to stop by Rossi’s and raise a glass to the city’s rich brewing heritage. I hope this review captures the essence of Rossi’s Bar and provides a helpful perspective for those considering a visit! šŸ»

Great place. Kind of a neighborhood dive bar in the shadows of the downtown skyscrapers. I was there on St Patrick's day weekend and the place was packed but there was no problem getting served every time. People near the bar were always nice and let is in to order. They often engaged in conversation with us and made a few new friends while there. The staff were right on top of it when people wanted to order. They also engaged in conversation occasionally. Between the conversations we had with the staff and the customers it was a breath of fresh air from most of the other bars in the area that just wanted the tills to ring and thats it. I go to a bar to interact as well as drink. I could stay home and drink if I wanted to not have to talk to the bartender. Rossi's is perfect for that. Reminds me of taverns in my hometown of LaCrosse, WI. Drinks were fair priced and were a fair pour as well.

This service rating was technically going to be a big huge five because trey was phenomenal. We had such a great time while he was behind the bar! He was fun, energetic and had a great attitude! He even told me my first beer was a great choice! This rating is lowered HARD CORE when It comes to shift change. I dont know who came after trey, but she was extremely rude! I was there with a couple of my friends and my dad. We were trying to explain to two of the people how touch tunes works because they are part of the older generation. They are both hard of hearing so we were speaking a little loud, over the music and the crowd. First, as a bartender, It's never good to talk about a guest sitting at your bar to another guest. Second, It's also super rude to yell out our conversation across the bar. Yes we were loud because of reasons stated before. Its hard to explain technology to the older generation and actually have them understand when they already cant hear you. Third, to assume how many drinks and single out one individual out of the group and be incorrect or not even understand why, says a lot about the bartender that replaced trey. She came in already angry and hating her job. It really sucks because we were having such a great time before that. One of the people in our group has wanted to go to that bar for over 30 years. He finally went for the first time as a chicago native loved the beginning and said he was going to definitely come back. Then when the shift changed he said he never wanted to come back again. That it was his first and last...
