Rotating Mini Hotpot — Amazing lunch deal, great environment, and perfect for vegetarians! This place is an absolute hidden gem—especially during lunch hours! If you’re looking for a satisfying, affordable meal with a clean vibe and great service, look no further. Let’s start with the food: The lunch set is perfect for vegetarians or anyone looking for a lighter meal. The rotating belt constantly brings a variety of fresh ingredients—vegetables, tofu, mushrooms, noodles, rice cakes, lotus root, and more. Everything tastes fresh, clean, and is available for unlimited grabs. Although the lunch deal doesn’t include meat, dessert, or smoothies, it’s still incredibly filling and costs less than $20 including tip. That’s hard to beat in Chicago! The DIY sauce bar is another highlight. You can create your own perfect dipping sauce with garlic, sesame paste, scallions, cilantro, chili oil, and more. Plus, they even have fresh fruit like pineapple, strawberries, and melon—super refreshing after a hot meal. Meat lovers—no worries! If you choose the premium option, you can order unlimited meat directly from an iPad at your table. The portions are generous and the quality is great. Before leaving, you can also order a smoothie to go—perfect sweet finish to your meal. Drinks are unlimited and included in the price. There’s a good variety of both hot and cold options, and they’re self-serve—super convenient. What impressed me most is the environment: The restaurant is very clean, well-lit, and cozy. Tables and floors are spotless. And best of all—the ventilation is excellent! No greasy, smoky smells at all, even though it’s hotpot. You won’t leave smelling like your meal. Food arrives quickly, staff are friendly and efficient, and used plates are cleared promptly. It’s a really pleasant dining experience from start to finish. Parking is easy and cheap. There’s a connected parking lot, and if you show your parking ticket to the front desk, you get 3 hours of parking for just $2. That’s such a deal for city dining! Final thoughts: This place offers unbeatable value with a relaxing, clean atmosphere and top-notch service. Whether you’re dining solo or coming with friends, it’s a fantastic spot for lunch or dinner. I’ll definitely be coming back!

I came here yesterday with my girlfriend for dinner, we had previously went to the one in wicker park and we really enjoyed it! So once we noticed that one was in Chinatown we decided to give it a try again. For starters the two people upfront were very nice and helpful, we were seated pretty quickly which is good. The one server we had was ok, the food was great but towards the end of our check out. We ordered a pineapple smoothie that took quite some time to come out it wasn’t a bother at first because I know that the restaurant was busy but then I noticed the family that sat in front of us they actually received our order the only reason I know is because I overheard the family tell the server that it was the wrong order. However when the waiter walked passed I let him know that I believed that was ours simply because we had been waiting for 10/15 minutes. Once I told him that then that’s when I noticed his attitude went down hill! He told me that it was going to be a long wait for the pineapple smoothie because they needed to make it but he came out in that same minute with three new smoothies for the family before us. I didn’t say anything because I thought that was odd but then another few minutes went by and we still haven’t received our order but he was continuously bring other smoothies out so I asked again about our pineapple smoothie. He walked out and rolled his eyes and then 5 minutes later he came out with a water downed smoothie. We ended up throwing it out because it was so watered down and honestly I just had a gut feeling he did something to it in the back!! It sucked, I will never come to this location again I will faithfully go to the WICKER PARK...

I’ve always loved the food at this restaurant and have been a loyal customer at the Wicker Park location, where the staff was always friendly, attentive, and remembered us after just a few visits. Unfortunately, my recent experience at this location was disappointing, particularly when it came to service.

We arrived at 11:35 AM yesterday, celebrating a special occasion and hoping to capture the moment with a photo. We asked one of the servers (the one with a ponytail with blonde highlight and black hair) if she could take a quick picture for us. Her response was that she was "too busy" to help. This was surprising, as we’ve traveled quite a bit and this was the first time we’ve encountered such a response. Meanwhile, we observed her walking slowly, chatting and giggling with coworkers, and even stopping by our table to tell us to lower the heat, yet she couldn’t spare a moment to take a single photo. To make matters worse, we remembered seeing another table get a photo taken by one of the staff members just moments before I asked her for a photo.

It’s frustrating when the service doesn’t match the quality of the food, especially when the staff at other locations have been so warm and accommodating. This interaction left a bad taste in my mouth, and I’m not sure if I’ll be returning to this location...
