Wings Factory — Restaurant in Chicago

Went to south loop ghost kitchen for wing factory… had it before very good but tonight smh you lost a customer… I went into the establishment to place a order on the kiosk like myself and husband normally do but couldn’t find it so ok we look it up on Uber eats… place the order tell us 11:45 the order will be ready… go to get our food they tell us additional 9 mins ok cool my husband goes to get the food with my phone they tell him locker E2 but it didn’t open… so I come in and when I scan my phone again it’s saying the order has been picked up… we start calling and ringing the bell no answer on either so now we are literally asking different ppl who coming out the doors can you have someone come down to explain why the locker not opening or better yet where is our food… finally 40 mins later someone finally comes down look up my information to see what third party we used (ubereats) oh we can make it again… again NO I want a refund… they laugh in our face saying take it up with Uber eats while I’m showing them on the uber eats app it’s still ready for pick up.. like how… I been in the restaurant industry for 6 years and the fact I got off work to get some food to chill out to be greeted with the unpleasant and unprofessional attitude… I will deal with my refund with Uber Eats but to think i will spend another dollar in a place that think since it’s night time you can treat ppl how you want.. oh fyi another customer of yours order food letting her know we are waiting o our food within the 40 mins we waiting she gets her food while we still waiting and you wonder why we wanted a refund 🧐 highly disappointed...
