Horrible service. We are new to T-mobile with a 4-device family plan. Our cell phones were paid in full from the previous company we were in and in perfect condition. They offered us to buy our cell phones for 1,000 and give us an iPhone 15 pro max in exchange for the same price. We asked several times if we didn't have to pay anything for them and the employee told us no, just the cell phone taxes. Now it turns out that we have to pay 200 dollars for each one for the next 2 years, we asked for our cell phones back and it turns out that they can't return them because they had already taken them out of the store, we wanted to return the pro max and we have to pay for the return too. We asked for iPhone Plus that cost less than the Pro Max and we had to pay taxes on that too, we wanted to leave the company and they want to charge us 1,200 for each device. Anyway, it was a trap in every sense, they deceived us and did not look for a way to help us for something that was not our fault and they asked us thousands of times. I just want my cell phone back because it's only been 2 weeks since that nightmare and they put a number on the used cell phones and they know where each cell phone comes from. That was not the deal that was made with the liar who served us and no one wanted to help us, they just want more money. They say it is without a contract but they have me tied up with the cell phone payment...
Read moreI needed an upgrade as my cell wasn't being cooperative for whatever reason. Went to the Chicopee MA location, and was impressed with their professionalism and most of all their patience. Not just with me, but with everyone that entered the store. From angry complainers, to quick transactions, you name it. I seen it all as I was there for hrs. Let me just say, do yourself a favor and clean up some memory beforehand lol I had entirely too much on my phone which also contributed to the time spent. Shawn and his team are great! Every single one of them... Taylor, Orlando, Sam, Liz, K, and a couple others played a role in today's visit. Whether it was just checking the status of the data transfer, answering every question and concern, to making me feel welcome as the hrs passed. This is the location you want to bring your business to. They're all tech savvy, super helpful, and not pushy when it comes to sales. Another thing I'd like to point out is seeing how frequent the tables were disinfected. That's important in my book. I'd give this location 10...
Read moreThe experience I just encountered makes me want to leave tmobile completely. They are shady, rude, unprofessional and are in no place to be working with customers. They sold me a phone and lied about the price.. I just went in and they told me they would fix it (after I was argued and yelled at by 2 women employees) and made me sign new paper work.. I felt like I was taken care of finally and got to my car and they still didn't honor the price they told me. They took $10 off. I was told I was wrong and argued with and embarrassed in front of customers and after defending myself to the 2 women, the male sitting in between finally intervened and agreed to doing it. And still didn't do what they had promised. Do not see or deal with Taylor specifically as she is extremely unpleasant and rude. I've already reported this issue and want others to be aware that the customer service here is not it.
