From the moment I reached out for assistance, I was greeted with professionalism, courtesy, and a genuine willingness to help. Joe was not only knowledgeable about the product but also demonstrated a deep understanding of my concerns. He was patient with me and listened to my issues. He seemed sincerely empathetic.    Read moreNever buying a phone here again. My phone retailed for $769.99, they initially tried to charge me over $900 and then told me they would honor my âdiscountâ to $770. I was then charged TWO activation fees, and they added a protection plan to my bill without telling me. Service took HOURS, they were not apologetic for their mistakes and offered no discounts â two days prior they had told me I could have a significant discount if I picked a different color phone, and another discount if I came the night before to pick it up. They arenât actually a Verizon store, theyâre a third party retailer, which isnât clearly marked. Would suggest avoiding at all costs. My bill is all messed up and I need to go through Verizon to get things fixed.

When I wanted a larger memory size that they didnât have Brian blantantly lied and told me that I could return it at any Verizon for the size I wanted, important because I was from out of state. After getting home and driving an hour to get to the correct store to try to exchange it, they refused to honor their written return policy, much less what Brian had told me to my face in the store, and claimed that I could only exchange the phone with them, meaning I would have to mail it to them and wait for them to mail the correct phone back. Thank god the store I was at and Verizon Corporate office took care of me and returned the phone and refunded my money from corporate because this store refused to cooperate.
